Answer:	The opening of the glove, the cuff, is rolled back a bit to provide extra strength. All latex gloves have this feature, so there is nothing really special about it. The cuff on the glove would tear if it wasn't rolled over itself a few times.

Answer:	Chlorinated is a rather specific way of stating that the gloves have been treated so that they are easy to slip on and off. Latex, by itself as manufactured, can be rather clingy unless you use talc or a lubricant. Thanks to Chlorinating the latex, the grabbiness is removed, and they're easy to pull on and off. It doesn't mean that they still have any chlorine on them, or any stanky odor.
