Answer:	no, they are blank (except for the green shaded area of the check) but you can add it. we use these for our church and have set it up so that our church name and address prints on every check (we don't have to add it each time). the set up was a little tricky - you have to make sure everything lines up as it should and you have to enter you business name and address, and your bank info. we actually had someone who was very familiar with these checks and with our check writing program come and set ours up for us. but she had us up and running in about 15 minutes. we are very pleased with these blank checks. if you purchase them i hope they work as well for you as they have for us.

SureWerx is excited to offer its new & improved Clear Lens S80225 & Smoke Lens S80226 Wildland Fire Goggle. We've worked hard to offer a comfortable, non-vented, compliant product that meets industry standards. Molded using high heat TPV plastic & heat resistant up to 350 degrees, these goggles are to be used in Wildland Fire applications but can also be used for recreational outdoor brush fire jobs or any application requiring non-vented eye protection. Not for use in structural fire scenarios.

Sellstrom Wildland Fire Goggle is made with a clear and smoke impact resistant polycarbonate lens. Impact resistance helps prevent eye and face injuries from flying objects. Our lenses are molded to shape providing users elite optical clarity. This clarity allows users to see clearly without distortion and haze providing increased comfort and productivity.

These goggles are non-vented preventing smoke from entering the goggle and irritating the users eyes. To compensate air flow with vents which help reduce fogging we added our special Sta-Clear anti-fog formula to the lens. The side nylon clips are adjustable allowing users to move up and down so they can fit the band properly to their liking.

The molded TPV shroud includes two side, open indents that allow the goggle to fit over most prescription eyewear frames while in use. We also included a soft lining on the shroud to provide a soft, snug seal along the face for added comfort. The Sellstrom branded strap is made from flame resistant material and includes a plastic nylon adjustable clip for proper fitting.
