Answer:	I have been enjoying the temp stick and have recommended it to many people. (I own an HVAC company.) But I have run into an issue that no one can seem to help me out with... I have been running 10 temp sticks on my app with ZERO issues... I have now attempted to add an 11th and 12th device and "BATTERY 0% - REPLACE BATTERY" is now shown in app for BOTH. This leads me to believe that an app is LIMITED to 10 devices. I have multiple devices in stock and have now tried 5 different devices. (All with same result) I then took it a step further and removed an existing device and "POOF" the device that was number 11 suddenly WORKS. (Battery 100%) I then attempted to re-install device 10 that was removed and "POOF" BATTERY 0% - REPLACE BATTERY. This proves to me that it is NOT the device but is in fact a LIMIT of 10 devices which can be monitored. Why then, does the temp stick website claim you can monitor UNLIMITED devices??! This is going to affect my recommendations drastically. NOT HAPPY.

Answer:	the gauges and regulator come pre assembled. just attach to your cylinder and attach your hose to the barbed fitting.

Answer:	normally anyone with a tank, regulator, gas line assembly w/ball lock is looking to dispense draft beer, and a lot of it. Don't know about soda stream hookup but at the very least I bet it will void the warranty...

Answer:	I wasn't so lucky. I received a regulator with a 1/4 barb adapter, not an integrated 5/16" barb. The product description clearly states "integrated" 5/16" barb. Not so in my case. I'm still trying to get the seller to correct this.

Answer:	Yes Taprite products are USA made. Mind you that doesn't mean there might not be foreign components but they're clearly meeting the criteria for labor and materials composition to apply Made In USA to their products. It is an excellent regulator, I own 2 of them and they've been great.

Answer:	Look for an email with a subject "AWS Notification - Subscription Confirmation". You need to click on the link in that email to confirm your subscription to email notifications. If you cannot find it, go to Configure Device, remove and then add your email again. All email changes require subscription confirmations.
Question:	As the lead from the sensor to the box is only 2 feet, can you mount the box to a stud or wall
Answer:	Yes you cam: use either duct or double sided tape. You may also want to look at the rugged version: it comes with a 5 foot lead which is rigidly connected to the sensor. It also comes in an enclosure which has screw mount holes.

The first step is the most challenging one. It should also be done first so that MySpool servers can identify your device when you login to configure it.

Answer:	You are correct that wired in parallel as many sensors as desired can be used. The alarm unit will go into alarm if any one of the sensors is triggered.
Question:	Does the water sensor work just on sumps or will it sense dampness/moisture on the basement floor or bath cab if you run the sensor to that location
Answer:	For sure it works anywhere on the floor when it senses dampness. I think the sensor would work on any surface that becomes wet. It is independent of the sump pump. It is however wired to the unit ( about 12 feet), but the directions tell you what gauge to use, should you wish a longer length.

Answer:	If you meant you want to dip the sensor in water, No, the sensor is not water proof. But if you want to attach the sensor to the outside of a tub or container, then yes that will work if you get an extension cable for the sensor. The default sensor is only few inches long.
Question:	You said you need to plug it into your pc - is it compatible with apple os
Answer:	You don't really need to plug it into a PC. If at all, it is just to power the sensor during setup. Any and all interactions with any OS is through a browser over WiFi. So, OS does not matter.
Question:	will a power outage be reported
Answer:	Yes it does. The cloud monitors when a sensor goes offline and reports to you via text, email. It will also alert you when the sensor is back up and running. The outages can be because of power, wifi, or network issues.

Answer:	There are 3 units, a "console" that can be placed conveniently and 2 separate sensors. The alarm rings at the console, not inside the freezer. If the distance between a sensor and the console is less than 50 feet (perhaps even 300 feet) there shouldn't be a problem. The question is "Can you place the alarm where you are likely to hear it?," rather than "How long does the alarm sound?" Also after it sounded, I would check my batteries.
Question:	what is the range of this alarm for example i want to monitor the freezer in my garage approx. 200 ft from my home
Answer:	I could not find this information when I was researching these thermometers. A couple other wireless digital freezer thermometer by this manufacturer have a range of 100m=328ft, but neither the information online nor that accompanying the thermometer verifies this range for this model.

Answer:	2 AA for each sensor (4 for 2 sensors), 4AAA for the "console." Alkaline batteries work better at low temperatures.

Answer:	The unit contains two pieces. The reciever antenna which must be wired (Ethernet) to the router. The temperature probe is located at the place you want to monitor and wirelessly transmits to the receiver.
