Answer:	an LED is not like the old tungsten bulbs of yore. LED's are generally rated for 50,000+ hours of service. The old tungsten filament headlamp bulbs were rated for somewhere around 1000 hours and you were lucky to get anywhere near that. The secret to longevity with an LED is it's heat sink. The cooler the heat sink can keep the bulb, the longer it lasts, providing the power supply is not flaky.

Answer:	It's designed to use any *button-top* 18650, which I didn't realize until after I got it. Since most of my 18650's are flat-top, it was very easy to put a slight bend in the (+) contact to get the flat-tops to work with it.

Answer:	No the 2 different modes cycle separate. It would be 4 pushes from off to off. If you held it for 3 seconds it would be 4 pushes to turn off again.

Answer:	I'm a serious rider (primary mode of transport) and I use the older model of this as my primary headlight. I took off the elastic strap and clip that holds it and used some JB Weld to adhere a part of my old broken Planet Bike 2 watt light. I used a dremel tool to saw off the clip from the old light so it would fit into the handlebar fixture the PB light originally came with. I doubt I'll ever buy any other bike specific light again because this thing is awesome as a bike light, as well as way more affordable than a bike specific light of the same brightness. My PB light was $50 at the time and probably 60% dimmer. You just need to experiment with ways to fasten it to your bike, unless you're cool with wearing it on your head. I'm actually surprised energizer hasn't tried to start marketing bike lights. My guess is that they would probably suck, unless they were built on a variation of this light.

Now if you hit the single function button it turns the red off without cycling the other 2 functions,

Answer:	Yes, this contains two headlamps. They are the brightest headlamps I have ever owned. Really nice product, Holds a charge for about a week, with daily use of an hour each day.

Answer:	There are two buttons on top of the lamp. Push the right button (on top) and you get the highest lumen output (500). Push the right button again and you get a reduced amount of lumens (not sure the level). Push the right button a third time and you get a flashing light of 500 lumens (warning/locator light). Push the right button a fourth time and the light goes off. This is the only way to get all the modes in a very small package and for it to be very light weight. It is an acceptable process for all of my uses thus far. Now, push the left button (on top) and you get the "stealth mode" light. This requires a wave of your hand in front of the lamp to 'trigger' the light on. Another wave of the hand in front of the lamp 'triggers' the light off. There is a blue light showing on the top for this mode. To turn the "stealth mode" light off just push the left button again. No blue light on the top indicates it is off. I enjoy the lamp and use it for all sorts of tasks. My only warning is to not look directly into the lamp as it will take a while to get the ghost shadow out of your retinas. Also, do not point the lamp at anyone nearby or they too will have a ghost shadow on their retinas for a while.

Answer:	The batteries are at the store. Buy some.

Answer:	The photo that accompanies this question is for the 250Lumen, 2 Mode version. It has a single button. I don't have that model, I have the 325 Lumen, 3 Mode version which has 2 buttons- on this model the buttons have a hard ridge around the outside of the button with a firm but pliable central area which can be activated by the end of your finger, and it would be highly unlikely that anything in your pocket would activate it. I can't speak whether the 1 button model has the same feature because I don't have that model. I can say that the model I have now, and the one I had before which got very heavy use for 5 years before one of the battery wires between the battery compartment and the light broke from repeated flexing are tough as hell and well worth the $$ I paid for it, and I got my money's worth.

Answer:	The person who answered to you in 2015 is very accurate. Avoid Energizer lights. There is another similar case on Amazon.ca where it got hot in the battery compartment. Another case is mine where the compartment was smelling burning plastic and suddenly quit. It is dangerous. It might be one every hundred, but, you don't want to be the one. Energizer is very bad when it comes to warranty. Mine shorted out too for no reason. I contacted them and they asked me to send photos of the product and packaging from all angles. Another email they asked for my address and telephone number. The next email was to send them a photo of the batteries I used. Their next email was a total BS. They said: "Thank you for contacting Energizer. We appreciate your efforts of sharing details with us. We would like to inform you that we received pictures which you have shared with us as we can see in the picture that you are using different brand batteries in the headlight and the damage to headlight was done by those batteries. We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to validate the case as damage was not done by our batteries. We request you to contact the battery company to claim the compensation for damaged headlight. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated. Thank you once again for contacting Energizer. Please feel free to contact us whenever required." I then replied that these are BS because it's a way to run away and avoid standing by their no existent warranty. They tried to fool me. I emailed them back telling them that on the box and instructions it says to use AA batteries and not to mix different types of batteries. Nowhere it says to use only Energizer batteries. Besides all these, my photo shows batteries in an excellent shape expiring in 2 years from now. How on earth did he make up a story that my batteries leaked. The photo shows clearly three shiny new batteries. Also, how on earth did he assume the battery compartment was damaged. In the photo and in real life, the compartment was in good shape. The short was internal and you can't observe it from the outside. It is just a company to avoid doing business with and don't rely on their warranty. They try to ask questions knowing in advance that they will deny the warranty. It is like trying to play chess knowing the next move. This Energizer light is not any better than the "Police Blackout headlamp" found in WalMart for way less money, way brighter and way more natural white, 4AA batteries that are drained equally (balanced) unlike the Energizer that is known to smell burning for no reason. You don't want to take chances to catch fire in the house. The Energizer does not drain the batteries equally. One of the 3 batteries drains faster than the other two. Also the light output comparison stands no chance next to the "Blackout". Also, way better warranty on the blackout by a company based in Georgia USA. Both lights are made in China, but, it is a no no to Energizer who is known to fool their customers.

Answer:	In my experience I bought it because it was the arm recommended for my shower head. It turned out that with the water the head was too heavy for it. This DOES have a flow issue.Who answered was the seller...If you notice in my review i show pictures that the water goes throught the screw hole then through the rod then out... My pictures explains it a lot better but about 50% water reduction.In my guest bathroom which is very old (60's) has smaller pipes and i did a before and after comparison. No change. However in the newer section of the house there is a noticeable difference.

Question:	How do you open the nattery box
Answer:	Personally, I get about ~2-3hrs with a fresh set of average AAA batteries with the way I use my headlamp. I normally use all the different modes (except for the emergency strobe) for various lengths of time.
Question:	Does it tilt like the old one
Answer:	Yes, when you press and hold down the power button (the that operates the white LEDs) it will adjust the brightness of whichever mode you want. The red/green LEDs don’t have the smart dimming feature.
Question:	At any time or mode, do both lamps shine white? Or is it that there is one red led and one white led
Answer:	It has two power buttons. One operates the white lights (3 modes) the other operates the red, red flashing, green lights (3 modes). Each button cycles to turn off. Example, you press either button twice to mode 2, to turn off you will press twice again, once to mode 3, then to off. If you press three times to use mode 3, you only press once to turn off.
