Answer:	Mine had a plastic protective tab inside the battery compartment that had to be removed.

Answer:	Mine were sized for women. I believe that these are indentified as men’s or women’s if you read the description. I hope this has been helpful.

Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend them for hiking. Instead, I’d look for waterproof hiking shoes. They might be okay for a hike or two, but don’t offer much in the way of foot support.

Answer:	It takes a bit of practice first few times. I put mine on and wore them around the house for a few days.. (2) then went on easier after that. Felt a bit weird at first but quickly got used to them, now I love them. Perfect for boating or jet ski, and I am in mid 50's.

Answer:	Yes. I used them to hike the falls. They are good in water and on land. I wear a 7.5 or 8 and I ordered a size 7. Mine fit me perfectly. I suggest ordering a half size down.

Answer:	Yes; however, it is more of a polish than an aggressive cleaner. I have also found that this cleaner does an amazing job of cleaning and shining leather boots, shoes, and jackets. You may want to try a scouring powder called "Bar Keeper's Helper" that does a great job on cleaning up stainless steel sinks without scratching them up.

Answer:	Magic American owns both I believe. Magic works great on my stainless frig and I use Weiman stove top cleaner. Never liked Weiman products for any other appliance.

Answer:	The Magic and Weiman products are two different formulas but either will work great to remove and repel fingerprints.
