This spot measures roughly 8 inches in diameter at 3 feet, and maybe 2 feet in diameter at 10 feet. For what it's worth, I carry one of these everywhere, and has been very helpful to my aging eyes. With intermittent use, the single AAA can go a week or two (maybe more). Love these! Don't know if I helped at all, but I gave it my best shot.

Answer:	It only has 2 brightness levels, but you do not need to cycle through them to turn it off. Short press changes mode...Long press of about a second cuts it off. Very simple and basic. I would suggest that you get 14500 batteries for the added brightness. I really do like the light for its convenience. It has a combination beam with a brighter center spot and reasonable flood. The magnet is convenient at times.

Answer:	The Lithum battery uses standard 18650 2200mAh. The additional AAA housing uses 3 AAA batteries - this is useful to act as spares in event the Lithum runs out. Note the charger is only for the Lithum battery use, NOT for charging AAA chargeable batteries. The given 18650has no brand.

Answer:	I bought two of these flashlight kits. No matter how long I leave the battery in the charger, the light never turns green, up to 9 1/2 hours. The best part is that it doesn't seem to affect the battery or the flashlight performance whatsoever. No harm, no foul. I would most definitely buy this flashlight again.

Answer:	I measured mine at home with a lux meter app over a fixed area and did some calculations to find that it puts out roughly 600 lumens on the highest setting, which is consistent with the estimate of 10 watt LED = 40 watt incandescent bulb = 600 or so lumens. If you're wondering whether that's good, bad, in-between... It's not 1000 obviously but it's definitely in the range of tactical/defense flashlights, and is great for this price and size. For reference, most cheap flashlights for everyday indoor use are under 100, most camping/outdoor flashlights that aren't "tactical" or otherwise unique fall in the 100 - 400 range, a 75-watt bulb tends to be around 1100, and a single car headlight tends to be around 1300. Of course, I tested one light with rather imprecise, unscientific equipment so your mileage may vary and whatnot.
