Answer:	No, max head on this pump is 320', you would likely need a 1.5 HP at least.
Question:	can i hook up my water hose to the pump and use it as a booster
Answer:	The maximum pressure at the discharge is 90PSI when water is completely shut off( 0 flow). Not sure if this answers your question. If you want to know how much flow in a application requires certain pressure after raising up water from the well, you can either provide more information or use our Total Dynamic Head Calculator and looking up from the pump curve.
Question:	Is there a spec showing pressure vs. flow
Answer:	Just as what you have seen in the photo, 2-3 feet depending on model of pump. Note that the proper gauge of cable should be chosen according to the Horse Power (HP) and the total length. Some companies selling pumps with long cable attached that may be too small which is not compliant to NEC code. Beware using under size wire as it can be dangerous! Google " Tuhorse Drop Wire Chart " to find the wire gauge that is required.

Answer:	This is our first winter for the pump. Ours sits in a bucket with washed stone under and around the bucket. Our window well is also covered for the winter . We'll find out for sure in a couple months.

Answer:	I have not. However, I can tell you this: I use it to pump water through a 1-1/2 inch hose. It lifts the water over 6 feet with ease and with very high pressure. The lift is incredible. I use it daily for about 2-3 hours. It is powerful and relitively quiet. This is a very good submersible pump considering the price. I can not speak to reliability as I have only used it for about 2 months now. No issues this far.
Question:	HP 115V has a black & blue wire (12 ga) and a yellow wire (16 ga) coming from the pump. What are each wire for? Directions have different colors
Answer:	pumping from a river with 1 inch suction and 1 inch discharge it takes me about 90 - 100 minutes for 1000 gallon tank. This is with about 30-40 lift from the river bank and a 50 foot discharge hose. When I use it at home to water the lawn I have a 1 inch discharge down to a hose adaptor and then split it to 2 garden hoses and can run 1000 gallons in about 75 minutes. lawn and garden are all on level land and even with the water supply and pump. This pump should be able to move 10 - 13 gpm. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The yellow/green wire, which is marked 'PE', is the ground wire and must be connected with ground. The other 2 wires are hot and neutral. It does not matter if you wire hot to hot, or hot to neutral. Thank you.

Answer:	Yes, for the clear water final stage of an aerobic system. Used this model/brand on mine for past 7 years. Did just replace today (second one). Last one was in there 3 or 4 years. I'm here buying anther one to have on hand. I have a drop in submersible pump I use to draw down the flooded tank to be able to work on the old. It's a 2 or 3 hour job. If you pay for it to be done and pay for "their" pump, I would bet it's $500-$800.

Answer:	Yes. Then drops to 40psi and runs again. There are two adjustments. The main adjustment lowers or raises the pressure. There will still be a 20psi differential from on to off. You can adjust pressure from 60psi to 50psi (50psi / 30psi) by turning adjustment up (loosy goosy) or 40/20 etc. Factory is set to 60/40. BTW, MAKE SURE you turn the breaker and all electricity OFF before installing unit.
Question:	Does anyone know if they make some sort of arc suppression device, so the contacts won't arc and pit
Answer:	Not that I'm aware of. Instead upgrade the contacts to a higher current rating model. 9013FYG is rated 2.2kw @220v 1phase power. The FYG is rated at 3hp. the FSG is rated at 1.5hp

Answer:	Not recommended.The GT15 pump has a 1-1/2" discharge. Designed for large volume flow.Reducing to 3/4" creates WAY TOO much back pressure for this pump. (Back pressure creates HIGH Total Dynamic Head - TDH)In your scenario, Let's say your irrigation system requires a flow rate of 15 GPM @ 35 psi @ 300 ft away from pump Running 15 GPM thru 3/4" pipe for 300 ft = ~130 ft TDH (Pressure Loss = 56 psi)Plus the 25 ft rise (Pressure loss = 11 psi)And let say you want 35 psi (Higher PSI = Higher TDH) = ~80 ft TDH (Pressure Loss 35 psi)That said, you would need a pump that can operate upwards of 235 TDH (Pressure loss to overcome = 102 psi)The GT15 has a MAX TDH of ~120 ft TDH (or ~ 52 psi) Don't use this pump for your system...it will not work.

Question:	Does it have an automatic shut off
Answer:	The pump does not have an automatic shut off. I added a float switch because I wanted it to pump out a sink that had a slow-running clogged drain where I had the washing machine. When the sink was mostly pumped out the float switch turned off the pump. It worked great for a couple years until I got around to dealing with snaking the drain which didn't have an easy clean-out. This is a good pump, since the sink drain got taken care of, we've been using the pump to pump koi pond water over a 5' fence to our neighbor's garden using about 150' of garden hose. The pump runs continuously for 5+ hours without issues in this process.
Question:	Will clothes washer hoses fit on this pump
Answer:	The pump itself fits a garden hose nicely. You can buy the attachment package listed next to it for the converter piece. It only came to around $8.00. It also comes with a larger hose. I didn't need it for my spa but if you need to empty a washer or bigger pool it seems like it would come in handy. Hope that helps. Good luck. :-)
Question:	Can this be user to flush a tankless heater with vinigar
Answer:	I bought the pump for this very reason. I'm not sure if it is rated to handle vinegar, but at the price I figured I'd try it and see. I have two tankless water heaters, and I wanted a pump that could clean out both at the same time and this pump certainly does the job. I have a hose that runs from the pump, into a splitter. From the splitter I have two hoses going to each water heater (one hose per water heater). Even pushing water through two hoses, it still has a strong flow, with each hose pushing about the same flow as the water hose faucet outside your house opened wide open (guestimate). The splitter I have allows me to adjust the flow rate by closing off some valves if it is too strong. For just one water heater, i would think this pump is too strong (as it REALLY moves water), but I'm not a plumber so I couldn't say for sure. If I were to do it again, I think I would have purchased the 1/4 HP pump, or even the 1/5HP for cleaning out water heaters with vinegar. I cleaned out my water heater this week for the first time using this pump. I let it run for 2 hrs, and I noticed that it got warm (about the temp of a warm-to-hot bath). I'm not sure if that is normal, but thought I'd let you know.
