Question:	How high and how far will it pump
Answer:	The specifications state the following pumping rates, in GPH, for the following total lift: 2280 @ 5 ft, 1620 @ 10 ft, 660 @ 15 ft, and no flow at 18 ft I would think distance is not much of an issue in a residential application as the discharge should go up more or less vertically and then drain down per code requirements as with any other drain pipe installation. As a follow up to my install, lift required is about 6 ft and the unit has worked exactly as expected and I would definitely recommend the unit.
Question:	Why does my wet bar pump under the sink does not stop running
Answer:	I think you need a check valve installed. It allows the water to pump out, but prevents backflow back into the basin causing your pump to cycle on and off.

Answer:	Servers are normally pretty deep. It may be possible to build a small enough server with the right parts. You can even get extension brackets to mount something like 4" further out from the normal mounting spot if you need just a bit more space. So while Network racks have a standard 19" Width, the Depth is something you need to always consider when buying a Rack and what things you want to put into it. Generally, you may need enough room on the back side. For Example, you may buy a UPS for Your Rack. It has a 12" Depth, and the UPS has an 11-3/4" Depth. you go, Hey that'll fit, it's just a bit smaller and so I can bolt it in. You are right, you can bolt it in and it would fit. One problem, all the outlets are in the BACK of it. How the hell are you going to plug any power cables into the back of the UPS? You can't!!! You have to think about these things.

I contacted Startech and they agreed, stating "the distance from mounting hole to mounting hole is 429mm or 16.8898 inches".They plan to update their website, but of course, that does not address the core issue - that they SHOULD be spaced 16" apart on center, at least for mounting in the US.

Answer:	Not sure about film or grease (or why those are running into your French drains), but you can clean grim(e), a.k.a. runoff dirt, leaves, sticks, etc., by removing the filter from your catch basin and hosing it off. If you're dealing with film or grease, I'd assume you'd have to use some liquid dish soap, but you should probably stop pouring grease and oil into the sewers...

Answer:	Not that I know of. The plastic frame and filter come together.

Answer:	It is a 90 degree angle in reference to the outside ends to each other, but as far as the inside, it doesn’t come to an exact corner point and therefore is not an exact 90 degree angle. The inside does curve but the ends do not tilt down or up but come to a 90 degree angle.

Answer:	Inside, but it isn't tight. I wrapped electrical tape around the 4" pipe to tighten the fit, but it still isn't perfect.

So once you order 3 of it there is no way you can order ever again unless you want to purchase from another seller who is selling to 3 times the price. Answer:	I can't measure mine because I have already installed it underground, but I put it into "4 inch" corrugated black flexible drain pipe and it fit perfectly. However there is noting to hold it in place and I had to put in two screws to hold it on tightly.

Question:	I’m pumping out ground water under our in-ground trampoline. It’s no where near pumping 1200gph. Any idea why
Answer:	It's 1200gph measured at the discharge port of the pump, but that number drops significantly depending on the length of the hose. The longer the hose, the lower the gph.
Question:	Is this pump sensitive to temperature and if so what is the safe temp range of water to flow through it
Answer:	I used it to pump out water in my in ground swimming pool this winter. The water temp was just above freezing and the pump worked great.
Question:	If left plugged in amd sitting on the basement floor will it automatically start pumping when it senses water over 1/16" deep
Answer:	I don't know if it is automatic or not, but the way we do it is 1) set it in the water with the hose hooked up and 2) plug it. Because the seats have a dent in the hot tub it is hard for it to pump the water but it does get pretty much all of it. It is an amazing pump.
Question:	Is this pump fairly quiet
Answer:	Very as it stopped working the first time I used it. On way back.
