Answer:	The spindles are a light weight metal, they look great. My animals love their crates & they don't try to get out so I have no issue with the bars' strength or lack there of. They seem reasonably solid& I'm very happy with the crate.

When you bought a leash, did you magically expect your pet would know how to behave perfectly on the next walk? Learn how the product Is intended to be used and invest the time in training yourself and your pet in the proper technique. Then you'll get positive results. A crate is not a prison. Appropriately trained dogs use their crates by preference. In fact, mine will complain if I close the door, locking them out. They WANT to use it. Question:	What can I do if this house doesn’t seem to be fluffing up to look right
Answer:	I had the same problem. As you know, the house comes packed in a plastic vacuum sealed bag, so its nowhere near the shape you want to begin. It takes a few days, but you have to beat on it, slap it around, and shape it to the way you want it to look. I have 2 cats. One would sleep IN it, and one would sleep ON TOP of it (see photo in my review). THIS actually helped loosen it up some - after a few days I finally got it to look the way I wanted - stick with it! Now both my cats sleep inside and it is big enough where they can both get in there together if it gets real cold. My cats like this thing and regularly use it. And its price is low enough I can just replace it once they wear this one out. Good Luck!

Answer:	My dog is currently 4 lbs on the way to 10 lbs. The kitten and pup fit easily. It might be a tight fit for a 30 lb dog.

Answer:	They make them in an assortment of sizes & I am almost sure that one will accommodate a large Doberman. Our dog has the small one & absolutely loves it. Very good quality product.
Question:	Is bed cushion furry, our dog tends to eat fuzzles or furry beds
Answer:	Yes the bedding is a bit fuzzy but the bedding is super soft. The dogs love it! Enjoy.
Question:	What are the width and depth measurements
Answer:	Width at widest s 14 inches depth is at 15 inches. This is made well but for a little dog. I have a 6 pound yorkie it it fits him good.

Answer:	The dowels that came with mine were 5 long ones. On closer inspection, they were actually 10 small ones taped together in the middle. I would definitely contact the seller.

Question:	Does this work when temperatures drop to below freezing
Answer:	When it freezes below about 20 you have to drain it to protect the coils. That said, you may start the water and fire it up when it is below freezing, just remember to drain it once it cools off.... Our unit works on a single handle application, it just has to be set at a lower temp.
Question:	Can this unit be exposed to weather
Answer:	yes....just dont let it freeze...great unit....i use it off grid so battery ignition is great.....20 min hot water at a time just let it rest for 5 and its ready to go again
Question:	How long does a 20 gallon propane tank last with this unit
Answer:	it's hard to say... depending on usage but I have also used the smaller unit L5.... I found it was just about as fast.... maybe not as hot in colder season but much more efficient on propane. I used the L5 more than than my new L10 and had a month of use.... doing dishes washing up and showers for one person (month of October in the Canadian Maritimes) out of a 5 lb tank.... I was thrilled... I changed to L10 because I foolishly let the L5 freeze and cracked some parts (which I intend to fix) but L5 were back ordered and I needed a unit quickly... love the L10 but it's using more propane... hope it helps
Question:	Is it possible to mount this product on outside of travel trailer? If so, what precautionary steps should be taken
Answer:	I wouldn't: you can, however, mount it to a fixture that can be secured to a stand. (meaning, it's easy to steal) I don't believe that it was designed to be mounted to a travel trailer, though you can always contact the manufacturer, and ask them.
