Answer:	Search for a size that's slightly smaller than your measured size.

Answer:	36mm hole saw is perfect. The float is 1.370" (34.8mm) in diameter. The gasket is 1.44" (36.48mm) ID so figure the clearances you would like. To quickly align the gasket holes with the sender align the little bump/tab on the gasket beneath the cord on the sender. This makes it easy to align the offset holes regardless of the sender head orientation you choose for your install.

Answer:	The expansion tank for this heater is not required. Most people already have these installed in their homes but if not then it would be Ok without it as there is a pressure relief valve on top if something happened. GlobalTowne is an authorized Bosch distributor.
Question:	would this be able to supply a shower
Answer:	A standard flow shower head is around 2.5 gallons per minute. A low flow head is around 1.5 gallons per minute. The recovery rate for a 90 degree temperature rise is 6.8 gallons per hour! So even the 7.5 gallon unit would only provide 4 minutes of shower time before the temp dropped off dramatically. (even at the low flow rate..)
Question:	Can be used "in-line with a large hot water source"? Would it help a large bathtub that runs out of hot water before it gets full from main tank
Answer:	If your bathtub is bigger than your main heater tank, this unit isn't going to do much for you. It will add 2.5, 4, or 7 gallons to the capacity of your main tank, depending on which Bosch unit you buy. The 7 gallon unit requires a specially wired circuit. You will also get a little bit of lukewarm water that was in the line between your main heater and the Bosch unit. Unless your main tank is awfully small and your bathtub massive, the 4 gallon unit should work for you. Maybe a demand type thankless heater in your bathtub hot water feed would be a better choice, but be careful to size it properly for your desired flow rate and temperature rise. Also a tankless is likely to require special wiring.
Question:	When this heater is connected to the hot water line, what happens with the cold water that was sitting in the pipes
Answer:	When the tap is opened, the hot water in the unit flows out. The colder water that was sitting upstream of the unit, enters the unit to be heated. If the tap remains open, the newly heated water flows out, being replaced eventually, (depending on the distance to the main water heater), with the water from the main water heater. You will probably set the unit temperature to equal the main water heater temperature, if you want to keep a constant temperature, but other scenarios are possible.

Question:	Can i use this pump for raw sea (lake) water from a seacock to flush the toilet
Answer:	It depends. How flow/pressure do you want after the 12 foot rise? I use this pump to lift water about 8 feet through high pressure irrigation hose with no problems. At the end of my rise is a low flow application and the pressure switch cycles the pump off/on and I decreased the pressure switch. If you leave the pressure switch alone I am sure you can move water 12 feet up. I would reduce the outlet hose size. Not sure how much flow you will get but it will not be a fire hose for sure.
Question:	What is the max water temperature the pump will handle
Answer:	You can use a car battery, or you can buy a 110 to 12v dc converter.

Question:	power input location and does wiring to battery come with pump
Answer:	The power input is on the pump end where the pressure switch is, the system did not come with a wire harness to battery connector. I am using a simple gator clamp harness.
Question:	Is there a drain plug on the tank and if so what size thanks
Answer:	There is no drain plug, but you can install the tank vertically and put a tee in the pressure side and install a drain plug or petcock there.

Question:	How is it that this is energy efficient if it constantly maintains a heating temperature that you can use on demand? Is there an off/on switch
Answer:	Most rinnai tankless weather it is out door or indoor, have a control board to adjust temp and either on or off
Question:	I connected the water in the water heater already. But the pressure didn’t pumt the water to the sink
Answer:	It can definately be out doors in freezing temps, tho power failure arent good for it while in a freeze, tho keep in mind it will use alot more energy for frost protection, indoor units are safer amd more efficient in this case

Answer:	I bought model V65EN. It came with a wired digital controller. The installer did not run the wire into the house and mount the controller indoors. He simply set the controller at 120 degrees and left the controller inside the unit. If I want to change the temp, I have to take the cover of the unit.
