Answer:	I'm not sure if it will or not. I bought this kit but I ended up buying the wrong one. I just kept it. I didn't even bother sending it back. I still have it.

The wand is just the right stiffness--flexy enough to bend through a trap, but not so floppy that you can't push it through. I thought the crank looked kinda gimmicky but I tried it once just pushing it down the drain and cranking a little bit, and then a second time whaling away on the crank, and trust me... CRANK IT. Answer:	It takes patience, but remove the hair, etc., in the opposite direction from the barbed ends. It takes patience.

Answer:	I'm guessing based on your question that you have the kind of stopper where you lift and twist to use it. It would be difficult but probably not impossible to use this with one of those, but for best results I'd recommend you just temporarily remove the stopper. Even after snaking it down there, any hair and gunk it brings up would be liable to get caught on the lip of your stopper otherwise.
