Answer:	The drawer is simply a pull out drawer about the legth of a pair of scissors & about 5"w ×3"d x7"l. There's 3 layers total of 9 angled shelf bins that hold about 5-6 markers in ea. As seen clearly on the pictured product.

Answer:	I do not have just pens in this. I have stylus, craft tools, and other items. I do have 10 fine point Sharpies in one and 10 paint pens in another. I suppose you might be able to get a couple of more in the cubby, but it would make it cumbersome to get pens out, then, in my opinion. Sorry I was not more helpful.

Answer:	I would say no. It's flimsy and is best on a desk not to be moved

Answer:	If you don't have the raised edges on the base, there's nothing to keep them from flying off the lazy susan.

Answer:	No it doesn't, but it's nice that the individual sections come out.
Question:	How well does this store crayons? Is it easy for the kids to put away and find crayons in the compartments? Do the crayons fall over easily
Answer:	I removed the cardboard boxes (inserts) from a 96 count crayon box & created a triangle shape within 1 wedge. I filled in the middle with loose crayons (approximately 1 additional box/insert of crayons). Problem solved! No crayons fall over.

Answer:	No, I don't see how it can. The pockets are small. I have never seen a small enough coloring book that would fit.
