Answer:	Not sure what a brushless motor is and I would say that it is not protected from the elements. It is a good product. I use it in a movie theatre for carpet and floor drying and while not super commercial, it does a nice job and runs pretty quiet.

Answer:	Yes, I use them for carpet drying under the carpet for floods, it has enough power to lift a room of carpet for drying. My older powr flite air mover is stronger and can float 2 to 3 rooms. This blower is definitely worth the money, just the rental charge alone earns you money back on the first job. Not sure how long they last but I've using them daily for a few months now with no problems, only drawback I see is they're not stackable.

Answer:	There are four filters for my 4-Gallon Model No. VF408 1101: a CARTRIDGE filter, a SPONGE filter, a DUST collection bag, and a small flat HEPA filter. The CARTRIDGE filter is the main filter - NOT to be used for LIQUID vacuuming. The SPONGE filter is evidently used for LIQUID vacuuming. This SPONGE "sock-like" filter fits (stretches) over the same cage as the CARTRIDGE filter. The SPONGE tore the first time I tried to stretch it over the cage. I don't do LIQUID vacuuming in any case. The HEPA filter fits in its own little space and seems to do nothing but be "politically correct." It doesn't seem to get dirty. I have no clue how the folded paper DUST COLLECTOR works. The CARTRIDGE and HEPA filters are fairly easily cleanable. Try to get the Vacmaster Owner's Manual on-line.

Answer:	It just depends on how much air you want to move. It moves way more air than anything you will go buy at wal mart. I use mine to put a nice breeze through a 40x60 pole barn. So I would say yes it's a little much for the amount of air I would want to move in my house. Great fan though really moves alot.

Answer:	I have to measure the diameter on my hose to give you that answer. Maybe you can get that in the details from the company. The hose they give you is adequate and you may want something a little bit longer.

Answer:	Yes. Be mindful of greasy residue though.... it can fester in the hose and tubes... go gently with the ash. Remove greasy residue separately with a wire brush and paper towels or sweep it out through the grease trap opening into a disposable container.... grease may impact hose effectiveness and build creepy bacteria !!!

Answer:	Bags are not mandatory to use. However, they are recommended.
