Question:	this saw comes w/a diamond blade. would it be good enough to cut little glass mosaic tiles or should I order a different diamond blade
Answer:	The blade will cut through the glass tiles just fine, however, I would suggest purchasing a thinner more durable blade. I purchased a Ridgid 7" blade from Home Depot. The Ridgid blade make cleaner cuts and wastes less material because it is a thinner blade.Also, Skil just came out with a new updated model of this saw. I would suggest purchasing that saw instead because it has some much needed improvements. Answer:	i'M SORRY, BUT NO THIS WILL NOT CUT THE BRITTLE. this saw was designed for tile, brick and old tootsie rolls only. the reason tht is, the hamsters in the the motor are allergic to peanuts and a few other foods. seeing as how we all love fluffy hamsters, they gave them work instead of turning them away( that and hamsters have a ton of kids!!). the saw you are looking for has gophers in the drive motor( 2 x's the power for those thick piece's of brittle), that have been thoroughly screened for any deadly allergies to tree nuts and dairy, not to mention sock puppets and shoe polish as well. i do suggest that if you are going to buy the gopher powered brittle slicer 3000xlr made by Skill'dG( skilled gophers), to make sure you are getting the real thing, and not a cheap australian clone. contact the gopher union work force development office and they will give you a list of all non gopher supported and wallaby knock offs and a wallet sized card for easy recognition of their branded products. They may ask for a donation, but it's well worth the $120 to join their non members club. You get free holes in your green, and much, much more. Answer:	Absolutely! I don't think they would do an inch though, I don't have mine presently so I can't check. Think they open 1/2 to 5/8. I can cut smalti easy, and they are quite fat sometimes.
Question:	Can this be used on stone as well as glass
Answer:	On small stone tiles, yes this can be used but from my own experience using these the tiles tend to crumble when cut. Small cuts starting from one edge are best. This is not due to the tool but to the tiles themselves.

Answer:	The maximum length tile that will fit in it is a 41 inches!!
Question:	How is that it says a 48” cutter. One answer says it will only cut 41”, another review say it cut their 48” rule. So which is it? What will it actuall
Answer:	I have only cut 36" tile with it. I noticed that at 36" sometimes the edge wanders a small amount but it is usable somewhere that's getting trim installed. I measured the cutter for you and it seems like it would cut 48".. The description in front of me says 47" Tile Cutter machine. I found it good and dependable for my needs. With a sharp cutting wheel I have cut down to 1" wide. Anything smaller you will need a saw. It has tile supporters for width cuts.

Question:	will this saw, with the standard blade that comes with it, cut glass bottles
Answer:	I don't know for sure. I did cut quite a lot of glass tile. I had to a different blade for glass. it did an exceptional job. In fact i used it to install 2500 sqft of tile in my house. It still has good life left in it.
Question:	Need to slice 1/8"-1/2" glass rods coe 104 & 32. Slice cylinder= thickness of rod & length of 4mm. cut should be clean but not pristine. Will thiswork
