Answer:	BASICALLY NO, for two reasons. 1) The saw has no water port to mist the blade. 2) The saw is electric. Electricity and water do not mix. Although I am from Canada, these principles will likely help guide you. In Canada, I did get approval by special inspection from the provincial government electrical inspection agency to operate a custom-made, electric concrete grinder that had a water feed. The unit incorporated an on-board GFCI breaker which I ALWAYS used in conjunction with a GFCI circuit. With this in mind, I did adapt my personal Evolution saw to run wet for personal use with these precautions in mind. THAT BEING SAID, if you do not FULLY understand the principles behind this setup, you are taking you life in your hands. YOU COULD DIE VERY EASILY. MANY PEOPLE HAVE! Therefore, before attempting anything of this sort, check with a qualified electrician in your area to discuss the legalities and safety precautions needed. Additionally, whenever grinding concrete and any dust is airborne, be sure to wear a properly fitting dust mask. This will prevent non-reversible silicosis damage to the lungs. (Your lungs develop scar tissue around the particles and reduces your lung capacity; permanently!)

Answer:	No, there is no way to put 14" blade.
Question:	Is the battery and charger included
Answer:	I used it to cut through the edge of a driveway with no rebar at that point, and it went through it like butter!! I bought the adapter with the 12 amp breaker in it (which at the time Amazon did not say that it was 12A) and it blew a lot. If you keep light pressure on the blade, the breaker won't blow, as soon as you lean into it and load up the motor, it blows the 12A. If you have 15 or 20A breakers (or fuses) in your system, you should be good. Just know where your fuse/breaker box is, and be prepared to replace/reset them if its 15A. I don't see a reason this would not cut through rebar, just beware of sparks. If you cut dry like they say, you will create a dust cloud to end all dust clouds. Use water.

Answer:	I believe the wheels are to be used when the base plate is not attached. They are meant to aid in keeping the saw square to the wall. I have never used the wheels on the saw; I only used with the base plate or free hand.
