Answer:	These are heat resistant to 450° F (232° C), so I’m sure you could use it in the air fryer or oven up to that temp.

Answer:	I would adjust the cutting speed and the blade tension. I have been using it heavily cutting 1-1/4" 4140 hot rolled material and have not broken a blade yet. I have worn several blades out but not broke them.
