Answer: This saw does not have a 4" cutting depth, as the blade is only 5" across. If you put a diamond blade in the saw, it does a great job of free-hand cutting ceramic tiles and marble. But for straight cuts of those materials, you should use a standard wet-saw with a sliding tray and a stationary diamond blade. To remove a 4" slab driveway, you might want to use a Bosch Demolition Hammer (http://www.boschtools.com/Products/Tools/Pages/ItemResults.aspx?catid=1066) They are fairly expensive, but they do a great job of breaking things up. Perhaps you might want to rent one from Home Depot.

Answer: It goes on the pad support and around the fixed pulley. Remove the 3 screws that secure the pad to the sander. This will expose the pad support with the 3 holes and you will see the pulley on the edge. remove the old one , place the new one around the pulley then the pad support.

Answer: Once you have set the lighting adjustments press the timer button to 3,9or 12 hours the light should turn off after selected time limit. Mine actually turns on as well as off at the same time everyday after the initial use of timer. Hope this helps as it is a good product but mine didn't come with a manual either so it was trial and error.
