Answer:	The Hutchins is a 6" disc. You'll want to stick with the same diameter. However, the stud is most likely the same size.

Answer:	Yes it will work with your sander. But keep in mind it will not work if you have the dust collector attachment .

Answer:	Only if your DeWALT is 5/16” and 24 thread per inch count. And this is for Velcro style attachments
Question:	It states that air consumption is 7 scfm. does that mean the air compressor must at a minimum deliver air at that rate? otherwise
Answer:	These are now the only wheel I use for weld cleanup. I quit using grinding wheels. I have all four grit levels, the 60 is good number for for general cleanup on steel. On a really heavy weld I might drop down to a 40. I used to use only Dewalts but for the price these work great.

Question:	what size nozzles come with this unit & how many cfm required
Answer:	If you need to ask this question, you probably also have no idea that you MUST wear a proper respirator. If you use silica/glass or many other types of media in a sand blaster without a respirator (not a mask, but a full on twin filter setup) you will have just enough time to realize you screwed up before you drown in your own blood. A friend of mine was lucky and only lost 70% of his lung capacity after not knowing this when his brother found him almost dead on the garage floor. Im sorry for being graphic but this is no joke. You'll end up dead if you dont wear one.
Question:	Will this work well as a soda blaster
Answer:	I started out using 80 grit glass bead from TSC to strip paint and rust from metal. By putting down a plastic sheet, all I had to do after sand blasting was sweep it up, screen it and and I got another four uses out the it. All abrasives wear down to dust. I tried 40-60 grit garnet on an old heavily coated radiator and it worked great. But it did break down faster than the glass bead. The play sand mentioned in the other "answers" is a great way to go once you have screened it. For me, I have found 40 to 80 grit abrasives work best for metal cleaning and what type of media is up to you based on your budget and enviromental considerations.

Answer:	I received 13 dive toys as shown in the photos , and I also received 4 squirt blasters. As far as I know, the same five squirt blasters are priced at $19.99 in Amazon. This set is really a surprise!
Question:	Can this be used with aluminum oxide to etch cups
Answer:	I wasn't able to remove the hose to dry it out before returning it, and definitely didn't want to break it. I did use my husbands air compressor and managed to get the line fairly dry. I was concerned also about the mold issue, but as it turned out the hose had such a permanent crimp in it the pumping action didn't work at all. Hope this helps.

Question:	The blast cabinet pictured is not a tabletop model. Is this a stand alone or just the wrong pictures
Answer:	Not currently. But in the past I've used the 18-40 grit and pulverized it in one of those blade coffee grinders. That's my best suggestion. You can use grit sives to get a reliable grit size.
Question:	What is the best "sand" or media to use in this
Answer:	No 7 or no 5 is a good start. No 10 you can use as a final blast for a precision finish but not necessary.
Question:	What / where is the written warranty and its terms
Answer:	It's definitely 8lbs. Must be an old photo. I'll update asap. Thanks for pointing that out.
Question:	Does this come with the gun, hose and gloves
Answer:	I know someone who tracked down tips and bought them for three time the price of the gun with spare tips. I would buy the gun, it is not right, however the price is.

Answer:	This should be decided according to the products you spray. Generally, there are brown corundum quartz sand, steel sand, steel wire cutting shot, black silicon carbide, white corundum green silicon carbide and so on. According to the price and workpiece requirements to find suitable to use

Answer:	According to our company's policy, if you just buy it wrong, you can return it by yourself for full refund. Answer:	Yes, it it. The 60 Gallon Sandblaster Cabinet come with the gun, hose and gloves.
Question:	How long is the hose and what material is it
Answer:	Glass beads would probably do the job. But if you're just removing rust and paint stick with a cheaper crushed glass. Glass beads are like the Lamborghini of blasting media. They will give you a great finish. But they are expensive for what you're needing them for. Stick with any basic crushed glass, unless your looking for a beautiful peened surface inside your tank. If you are looking for a great surface, you can start with a crushed glass and finish with glass bead to even the surface out.

Answer:	It's a stand alone. It comes with a sand blasting gun but I bought a better one for my needs. You will need a compressor to match the blasting gun. It's got a light in it and you need a ventilation system as well.
