The 1105MAX-D3 3/8-inch composite air ratchet is part of Ingersoll Rand’s MAX series, made to provide users with quite a few advantages over standard tools. | Answer: | You have to contact ingersoll dirctly to get it mailed to their facility for the repair. As a mechanic, I utilized one of our tool reps to do the warranty portion of it. If you don't have that ability, a card with warranty info should have been included in the package. Just call rhe number and follow their directions from then on. Hope that helped. |
