12 best dewalt cordless nail gun
DeWalt offers a range of cordless nail guns, often referred to as cordless nailers, that are designed for various construction and woodworking applications. These cordless nail guns provide the convenience of portability without the need for cords or hoses. Here's some information about DeWalt cordless nail guns:
Types of Nailers: DeWalt manufactures a variety of cordless nail guns for different tasks. This includes framing nailers, finish nailers, brad nailers, and roofing nailers, each tailored for specific types of fastening applications.
Cordless Technology: DeWalt's cordless nailers are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. These batteries provide sufficient power to drive nails into various materials without the constraints of cords or hoses, offering greater mobility and flexibility on job sites.
Depth Adjustment: Many DeWalt cordless nail guns feature depth adjustment settings, allowing users to control the depth to which nails are driven. This feature is essential for achieving the desired level of penetration and preventing over-driving or under-driving nails.
Sequential and Bump Firing Modes: DeWalt nailers typically offer both sequential and bump firing modes. Sequential mode requires the user to depress the trigger for each nail, providing precise control. Bump firing mode allows for faster nailing by simply bumping the nose of the nailer against the work surface while holding down the trigger.
Jam Clearing: DeWalt cordless nail guns often include mechanisms for quick and easy jam clearing. This helps maintain productivity and reduces downtime caused by nail jams.
Magazine Capacity: The magazine capacity varies depending on the type and model of the cordless nailer. It's important to choose a nail gun with a magazine size that suits your specific project requirements.
Compatibility: DeWalt cordless nailers are typically compatible with DeWalt's 20V Max or 18V XR lithium-ion battery systems, which are commonly used across their cordless power tool lineup. This compatibility allows users to interchange batteries between different DeWalt tools.
Durability: DeWalt is known for producing robust and durable tools, and their cordless nail guns are designed to withstand the rigors of construction and woodworking applications.
Safety Features: These nailers often come equipped with safety features, such as trigger locks and no-mar tips, to prevent accidental firing and protect the work surface from damage.
DeWalt cordless nail guns are suitable for both professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts. They offer the convenience of cordless operation while maintaining the power and performance needed for various nailing tasks. When using a DeWalt cordless nailer, it's essential to follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate protective gear, and choose the right nail size and type for your project.

Question: | Que medidas de clavos usa y cual tipo debo usar |
Answer: | http://www.paslode.com/product/cordless-xp-framing-nailer/ Go to the above web-site and look at the Spec's. I'm building a new home and purchased this gun. I have had other Battery powered nail guns, and returned them because they were not reliable. Nails (30 degree) are expensive, but you get what you pay for. If your going to be in a remote location I suggest you buy extra gas cylinders and paslode oil. I also have the Paslode Finish Nailer as well. Both products are very reliable and well worth the investment. I give it 5 Stars..... Good luck with your project |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is it brushless |
Answer: | I believe that it is brushless. I have 2 of the nail guns and they are great. Works fast and sets the nails ever time. Battery lasts a long time as well. |
Question: | Just got the nail gun. somehow it jammed as soon as placed brads in it. it seems to flip the brad. how is that possible? not happy i'm wasting brads |
Answer: | Ummm, yes, this is a finish nailer, big difference from a brad nailer. Make sure you are using 16 gauge 20 degree nails, not 15 gauge, and definitely not 18 gauge brads. This is a great nailer, but I'm not tossing out my Bostitch air nailers to replace it! This is a great supplement to the air nailers for small jobs that only last a day or so. |
Question: | Have they sorted out the Low nail depth issue yet? After some use my contractors say it wont Drive 2-1/2 nails |
Answer: | This is my second Dewalt finish nailer and I have never had any issues with it not driving 2 1/2" nails. That being said, if you are driving several 2 1/2 nails then you need to make sure you are working with a fully charged battery. I have noticed that if the battery gets to a 1/3 charge it will not drive 2 1/2" nails as deep. It also depends on the type of wood (hard or soft). |
Question: | Can this be used for blind nailing tounge and groove paneling |
Answer: | Yes but don't waste your money if you plan on using this gun a lot. I've had mine in the shop 3 times in the year I've owned it. Buy the 18 volt version is more powerful and breaks way less. I've used mine for the last 6 years at least. This new gun will not even drive 2 1/2" nails consistently through soft wood let alone any hard wood. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Can you use this nail finisher for outside fencing? Or is it just for crown molding and trim |
Answer: | 6' Cedar privacy fence...no. But picket, or redwood (3.5" or 5.5" boards) where you want a clean finish...absolutely! Note, a 15-gauge is as small as you'd want to go where finish-nailers are concerned. To add strength to your nailed boards, shoot the nails in at slight, opposing angles--not straight in. This will provide a substantially stronger hold. Also, to maximize hold, adjust the nail depth so that the nail head sits flush with the board. Counter-sinking the nail too much will weaken the hold strength. |
Question: | Tweeters and integrated subwoofer??? Might want to double check the description |
Answer: | Yes, it does chirp nicely as you hammer away, but I don’t think it’s from tweeters. |
Question: | how powerful are the subwolfers |
Answer: | The wolves are super strong! |
Question: | Will someone alert the seller to update their description? I seriously doubt this nailer has an integrated subwoofer |
Answer: | Hahaha, integrated Bluetooth speakers in your finish nailer ... 🤔 |
