Answer:	No. A router is not intended to be used as a drill. You would be much better off with a drill. In my experience with drills, unless you need lots of sustained power, a battery powered drill with ½" chuck would be my choice. It will accommodate any drill bit up to ½". It will also accommodate larger diameter drill bits with a ½" or smaller (3/8", ¼") shank.

Answer:	It will have higher performance if it could be wet by sharpening oil or submerged by water for few second.

Answer:	It depends on the blade's condition. if your blade is serious damaged or damaged, you should select the lower grit, from 120 to 240 grit to sharpen the blade firstly, and then use higher grit, i.e., from 280 grit (but likely 320 grit will be better) to 480 grit, to remove the burr generated during the sharpening. if your axe blade is dull only, it is preferable to select higher grit, like 240 grit to 320 grit to sharpen the blade, remove the dull firstly and then polish the blade with a higher grit, like 400 or 480 or higher, to remove the burr generated.

Answer:	This nailer is perfect for quarter round. The smaller 18 gauge nails make it less likely to split the wood. I’ve also noticed that this nailer doesn’t leave dimple marks. I’ve used mine to install base trim, quarter round, shiplap, and furniture making.

Answer:	I wouldn’t, seems like a good way to shoot your finger. Some of my guns have double triggers and it’s not an issue. Plus how would you control the depth of the nail setting action.

Answer:	I guess they mean the air compressor is electric and it’s the power source. The nailer is all air.

Answer:	Yes I re-sharpen mine and never toss them. I have been in the process of planing 2800 Board feet of rough cut wood for my home. I have three sets and have sharpened each set about 4 times each. After sharpening they work like new! I found the best way to sharpen them is using the Deulen sharpener. the sharpener is simplistic and well worth the $90 ..... Amazon sells them or you can get it off of their web site. It is the only way I found to keep the blades at the correct angle.

Answer:	I don’t know about more flexible than rubber, but it will stiffen up some in the winter. I’m a roofer and you will most certainly not want to be dragging it around. It’s too big for to drag around or to flip around handily when it gets caught on something. It is ideal to use it as a source carrier and run a couple hoses from it. So with that being said, I don’t use it very often but when I do I appreciate it.
