Answer:	I don't use it everyday by any means, but I've had mine over a year and it worked great on the first day I used it and has continued to every time since. I am an artist and use it to grind tight areas of metals and de-burr edges, clean up glaze runs on ceramic tiles and bowls, grind glass.

Answer:	I just returned one with the exac problem. Ive been working on and off for 50 years with small type air grinders but this jewel turned out to be a paste. I was Really disappointed that it didn’t represent its maker very well. One of these shouldn’t be seized just out of box, oiled and connected with correct air supply.

Answer:	0.6250",15.87mm according to the mitututoyos, I would make a dual ring assymbly mounted to a tool post, bore the rings six .625 split one ended, drill and thread it to screw the rings closed further to grip the tool. But as always there's more than one way to go about things, I'm sure your could find a 1/2 inch boring bar holder and drill it ou55oversize and put the screws to it

Answer:	The GD0801C has the paddle switch on/off switch. The GD0800C just has a slide switch. That is the only difference that I am aware of. I have the GD0801C and I love it. I can't imagine an on/off switch that could be more convenient than the paddle switch this model has. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Don't know what it takes to engrave metal, I'm using it to pierce thin wood. Guess I don't see why it wouldn't work. I use dental bits, not the ones that came with the set. They were pretty cheap stones.

Answer:	The size of the pen is maybe 3/8 inch. A little smaller than a big magic marker. I have rather short stubby hands and it is easy to hold this like a pencil. It is very fast, I usually run it about half speed. A little faster for fine detail to avoid any walking. It is a great tool. Very happy. I have it at work and several other people have tried it and they love it too. Buy it you wont be sorry.
