Answer:	I noticed some runout on my brand new DCH133 also, it was approximately 0.06". I notified Dewalt to see what they have to say just now. Runout will make the holes bigger than intended for example if I am drilling a 0.25" hole, my runout will turn it into a 0.31" hole. This is a problem if the fastener tolerances dont allow for the larger diameter...

Answer:	I was fine using it just under 100'. Rule of thumb ( I am not an electrician) is if you use the same ga. of extension cord as the product you should be ok? 200' is a long way though?

Maintenance and inspection:

☛ Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.

☛ The brushes should be checked periodically and warm-out brushes should be replace in time,after replacing,inspect,whether the new brushes can move freely in the brush holder,keep running the motor for 15 minutes to match the contact of brushes and commentators.

☛ Keep the ventilation slots clear from dirt , clean off the accumulated dust and oil dirt periodically.

☛ During normal operation , if anything happens ,the power supply should be cut off at once and the tool should be checked and repaired.

☛ Regular inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened, should any of the screws be loosen,Tighten them immediately, failure to do so could result in personal injury.

☛ Do not expose the tool to rain , Do not use power tools in damp or wet location ,keep work area well lit do not use power tools where there is risk to cause fire or explosion.
