Answer:	Handle are like an aluminum steel and We know aluminum is lightweight that’s why they said it is not strong enough. But I used it to cut 1” diameter branch with no problem. I put oil on the blade after use to maintain the sharpness.
Question:	Can this be used with a Dremel? How does it fit
Answer:	I got mine a few weeks ago. It is good and strong. I am cutting lots of 2" and 3" limbs. One one of the handles does have a manufacturing defect: It does not lock fully extended. But I hate doing returns, so I am just working with it.
Question:	Are replacement discs available
Answer:	The drop through will be easier to push since it is lower to the ground and has better wheel clearance. For these reasons I would recommend it. The other board does have a kick tail though so if doing Ollie's are important to you then go with that one. Although being 44in this will difficult, but easier than with the drop though. Answer:	I have not had any problems since I purchased this drill press (about 12 months). Read all the reviews I could on this drill press as well as many others and decided to go with the Powermatic. Wanted the Delta but since you can not get parts, their customer service sucks and too many customer service horror stories I went with Powermatic.
Question:	Can the direction of this drill be easily reversed to back a tap out and forth while power tapping a hole
Answer:	ALL normally non-reversing drill presses with 3/4hp, 1hp and 1-1/2hp (like this Drill Press), are capacitor start, "induction motors", and CAN INDEED BE REVERSED by installing a DPDT switch that will reverse two windings of the induction motor. These two windings are labeled T5 and T6, and are located under the cover plate at the end, or under the capacitor cover on the side. On some larger motors (1hp and 1-1/2hp), T8 is sometimes used in place of T6. Drill Presses with smaller motors, like 1/4hp, 1/3hp, and 1/2hp, are usually not capacitor start, but can be reversed by switching the same two leads, T5 and T6 (T8 is NOT used on the smaller motors). Answer:	i think the varied answers come from questions getting sent to people who have purchased different sizes. I noticed some of the reviews are also for other models. This item, the WEN 4208 has an 8-inch swing. So, you can drill the center of an 8- inch diameter object, or about 4- inches from drill center to body. The WEN 4210 & the WEN 4212 have 10- inch swings. Anyone trying to drill the center of a 9- inch wheel would need one of these models. This 4208 is a Great drill for the money. i like that the head can be swung over the edge of a work bench, which allows for drilling into long stock. Like into the bottom center of a 36" post. The beveling work table is another great feature & one i did not have on the press this will replace. If you have the space, consider the WEN 4214 with 12-Inch swing. it is still small enough to be bench top, but you can drill the center of 12- inch/ bowls & table tops.

Question:	Could you polish a crankshaft on it
Answer:	No work light, but this is a pretty amazing drill press. Easy enough to clip one one. The radial aspect of it makes it very versatile. You can drill much further towards center of a longer piece, the tilting head is much more accurate and easy to use than a tilting table. Needs to be secured to the floor pretty good. I made a base out of a half sheet of 3/4 plywood with 2 X 6 flat framing. I would not trade it for another. Had a few in the past, this one far exceeds any of them.
Question:	How wide of an item could you work with this system? Could you do the base of a small bowl with it
Answer:	I don't think it's supposed to be noisy?
Question:	Is it dificult to center
Answer:	It's about 3-1/2" with both nuts on. If you need more travel remove nuts and use a needle nose Visegrip.
Question:	I have an 8 inch drill press will it work on mine
Answer:	It is too top heavy with the radial head for free standing. I took a 1/2 sheet of 3/4 plywood, I "framed" it underneath with 2 x 6 laying flat, put a cross member where the front set of base bolts when and then bolted the base to the frame. This gave me a big enough base to keep it stable. Works great, I can slide the drill press aside when not using it.
