Question:	Has anybody tried a cross-slide drill press vise on this machine? If so, how does it preform? Thanks
Answer:	Yes I have used a cross slide vice in this drill press. I attached it with bolts and wing nuts to make it secure, yet adjustable. It worked OK for me but the height of the vice limits the size of the piece that you can work on. This can be an additional problem if your drill bit is long or of a large diameter. Larger diameter bits with tapered necks will not slide up into the chuck. For the money (I paid $100 for a reconditioned one) and the size it is a good bench top drill press but it has limitations. If I were to buy another one I would go the next size up or even get a floor mounted press.
Question:	what is the chuvk size
Answer:	I have used 1/2" bits in mine. The chuck is plenty big, and if you need an affordable drill press of very decent quality, this is it. The chuck is as big as Skill felt the drill motor could handle. You can get turned down shanks and put even bigger bits in it, but I would not try to rush the job, nor would I plan to drill more than a few holes of that size at any one time. There is nothing about this drill press that is a negative. It is what it is, and I love having it on my bench.

Answer:	If the M12 does not have a removable chuck cover then I would say no. I believe we had to remove the chuck and then insert the tool then retighten the chuck for the press to operate properly.
Question:	Can the telescopic adjustment mechanism be locked on the shaft for hands-free drilling? I need to have both hands on the work piece
Answer:	yes
Question:	Does the tool change angle under pressure? I have the dremel press, and as you put pressure on the bit, it tends to angle some. Breaks bits
Answer:	In my opinion it does move some. However if at all possible a snap centering punch will give your bit a chance of being able to drill instead of breaking. Might want to check that your bit is tapered at the right angle, if not it will walk all over the place which will cause the bit to break, my opinion. Hope this is some help.
Question:	Does it work with Wen rotary tools such as the 2300 series
Answer:	The tool holding mechanism is very poorly made. I think the assumption they make with the new collett nut that holds the tool in place is that you have a Dremel tool . . . and a later model at that. Universal it isn't! I would look for something made expressly for the Wen
