It took me a minute to figure out how to use it. The bits push in from the back, you only use the long bits. It only made sense once I put it in my screw gun. The sleeve slides back on the bit enough to expose the tip. Then you can put a screw on it, and the magnet/sleeve holds the screw in place. That's their theory at least lol. I haven't tried it yet. It seems a little awkward, but I guess you could get used to it if you're putting in a bunch of screws. |

No torque issues, only had a problem with the Philips head bit staying in the grooves of the screw, which is always an issue. |
