You really don't want stainless steel for such devices due to it being considerably softer than other steels and alloys. Answer:	Technically it is about 9-5/16" long overall, the shank from bottom to tip is about 4" long. HOWEVER, you can easily extend it any length needed by attaching a standard 1/4" drive ratchet extension. (The tip s 1/4" drive) the picture shows it with the short adapter attached (1/4" drive square on one end, 1/4" hex on the other, like a magnetic screwdriver.) So you can use this with standard 1/4" drive sockets as well as with the adapter to torque most any size screw that you can get magnetic screwdriver bits for. - We've used it with a long 18" 1/4" drive extension for long reach , and due to its construction it is still accurate.

I have used mine working on aircraft and it has been very handy for me.

Question:	How many mm long is the bit head? From back of the bit to the to the tip? I need super low clearance
Answer:	For the screwdriver set the distance from the back of the black handle to the tip of the bit is 10mm. You could potential file a bit down on either side if you needed half a mm less. There is also the bend in the handle that might affect spaces it can be put into, but again you could potentially modify by clamping this and straightening it out with a bit of effort. Answer:	It should, it was made for tight spaces, I bought it to install a new grill in my Chrysler 300 C, I looked it up on Youtube & found I would need something like this or similar, This is about the lowest profile screw driver on the planet, Good luck, I have yet to do mine, waiting for it to warm up a bit out side,

The Pozidriv screw is an advanced version of the Phillips screw but the key difference is that: Phillips drivers have an intentional angle on the flanks and rounded corners so they will cam out of the slot before a power tool will twist off the screw head. The Pozidriv screws and drivers have straight sided flanks.

Answer:	I believe that the only difference between "security" and "non-security" torx screws is that the "security" version of the screws has a stud in the middle of the hole to prevent the "non-security" torx bits from fitting. The "security" bits have a hole in the end that allows the bit to fit in the "security" screws. Otherwise they are the same.
