Answer:	Metal roofing and siding usually runs aroound 28 ga. I stack a dozen sheets and cut them all at once. Here's my previous review...."Bought mine to cut steel roofing. Stacked 12 sheets of ribbed 28 ga. by 3' wide steel and cut all 12 sheets in one pass in matter of seconds and NO sparks! Used sabre saws and nibblers in past. No comparison for straight lines and speed. Have also been using it to cut angle iron and bar stock. Many times faster and cleaner than my 14" cutoff saw that uses an abrasive disc. Not having a shower of sparks and the accompanying fire hazard is a huge benefit. After several roofing jobs and many misc. cuts, it is still as sharp as new. If it ever does get dull, any saw shop can sharpen it for around $10 or less. The info says for thin steel but I consistantly cut up to 1" by 6" solid steel flat bar stock with no effort whatsoever. The 48 tooth blade doesn't cut thick steel any faster than this 68 tooth and the 48 tooth will not work as well on thin sheet steel. As a matter of fact, the 48 tooth is dangerous on thin stock as it will over-feed and grab. If you are cutting various different thickness of steel, buy this one, and skip purchasing the 48 tooth. This 68 tooth blade is all you will ever need. For best results give it a shot of WD-40 on both sides of body in between cuts. A little bit of lubrication makes cuts effortless. Yor will find yourself actually holding back on it as it virtually self-feeds into the material. After one job this blade paid for itself many times over. Will never be without one again. Only regret is not buying one years ago." By the way, 55 gal. drums are usually 20 ga. I have even cut 1 1/2" drill steels with it.

Question:	Has anyone cut a section of r.r. track with this blade
Answer:	I have not and would not recommend it. You wouldn't get an inch into the r.r. track before you burned up the carbide teeth. A bandsaw would be more suited for that task, or even and abrasive cutoff saw.
Question:	Will this blade replace an abrasive chop saw blade
Answer:	This blade cannot be used on a chop saw. The RPM on a chop saw is too high for this blade. The maximum RPM this blade can be used with is 1800. A chop saw would use 3800 RPM.
Question:	What revolutions neede to cut metals
Answer:	You could go as slow as around200 rpm and the "slow speed" metal cutting saws, made for carbide toothed blades work fine but don't install this on a saw meant for an abrasive blade. The RPMs are too high and will destroy the blade in short time, unless you only cut wood or aluminum but not steel. Also be aware that small stuff, like1/8" round stock bundled, will catch the teeth and not work well. But for angle iron, tubing, etc, it works great.

Question:	I have a lot of old pvc sprinkler pipes that i need to quick cut up in small pieces. will this blade cut them quickly
Answer:	18 tpi or even 14tpi would cut pvc pipe faster, it will leave a rougher edge on the cut surface, but it will go through the material a lot faster than the 24 tooth per inch blades here. I have had really good luck with these style Dewalt blades, you just need a coarser one.
Question:	If used on wood, will this blade produce a finished cut, not a rough one
Answer:	This is for metal, not for wood. However, if used on wood, it should give fine cut due to its fine teeth. Haven't tried it on wood before, but that's my opinion from experience.

Answer:	I'm going to say no, because galvalume is just an aluminum-zinc coated steel. I purchased this for chopping 2x4's and trim ripped out of my condo, to bag up and dispose of. There may have been a trim nail or two, but wore out TERRIBLY quick, and I had to buy a lot sturdier, more expensive blade for the work.
Question:	Could I cut 20 guage sheet metal with this? I need to make some long cuts for a truck box I'm building. I need something faster than a jigsaw
Answer:	This blade is intended for cutting only soft, non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum) - it is not suitable for ferrous metals, such as steel. If your truck box is aluminum, it should cut OK, although I have not tried it on sheet metal. I bought it to cut up some 1/8" x 1" aluminum bar stock & it does this well.
Question:	Does it fit on a Makita 7-1/4 circular saw
Answer:	The blade has a 5/8 inch arbor with a diamond knockout. I think that is the industry standard for all circular saws. I used it on a Black & Decker. It is made for industry standard 7 1/4 circular saws. You can measure one of your existing blades if you like but, personally, would not go through the trouble. Assuming your Makita is an industry standard circular saw then yes it will fit. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how easily it cuts.

Answer:	Yes it will fit your dewalt wet tile saw. The only thing I would check is the arbor size. The cyclone has a 5/8” arbor and I believe the dewalt is 5/8” too. If that’s the case your good to go.

Question:	Will this blade work on a Delta mitre saw
Answer:	If the staples will not go all the way down in the chamber than obviously you have the wrong type and/or size staples. When I bought my air locker staple gun I bought my staples at the same time. The staples I bought for my air locker U630E are Air locker make type 7106 22 gauge upholstery staples. their dimensions are metric not standard, 9.10 mm crown by 6 mm length. I have never had a problem with them fitting in or working with my Air Locker U630E upholstery stapler.I recommend you try again and this time be sure you're getting the right staples with the right dimensions.
