Question:	What is the mechanical safety clutch
Answer:	I have found this product to work well on stone, using a wet polisher with center feed water. It should work in glass . Care must be taken to feed the drill so that it doesn't bind.

Answer:	There isn’t a hole down the middle, it’s a center feed, so water flows from the center of the drill bit. Thank you!

Answer:	Adam the bits are 1 piece. I imagine you could grind it off.

Question:	Can these be used on glass we are looking to drill a fish tank
Answer:	Mine i used it in drilling granite slab and it did well. I guess it could do it's job as granite slab is more harder than porcelain.
Question:	Outside diameter of the bit, is it 1 and 3/8" ? Or is that the inside diameter
Answer:	This will not work with a rotary hammer. The drill bit can be used with 5/8”-11 angle grinder or you can purchase a 3/8” shank adapter for use with electric drills. Thank you!
Question:	Will this drill porcelain well
Answer:	Full depth from tip to the threaded part. But you need to go in increments, this means that you start drilling about 1/2 inch remove the plug ( you can use a flat head screwdriver and pry it out ) then do another 1/2 inch deep drilling and go on. When you make the 3rd or 4th drilling you might need to use a shop vac to suck the broken plugs.
Question:	can tgis work with a bosch bulldog? is it sds? or do i beed a spline rotary hammer
Answer:	At times when the tool is being used, the core bit may get jammed and when this happens the clutch would allow the tool not to spin on the jammed core, and avoiding any injuries to your hands or arms since this is a hand held core drill.

Answer:	It would, but you’d have to to chisel out some of what’s been bored after getting to full depth.

Answer:	this particular hole saw has a 5/8" - 11 thread which is for a standard angle grinder this is not designed for a drill which is what I'm assuming you are trying to use with. You can get a 4-1/2" angle grinder at Harbor Freight Tools with a coupon for only $10, which is perfect for the DIY who doesn't use it on a regular basis.

Answer:	Not really as you need water going into the cut. Plus most hand hell non coring drills don't have the power to spin the large mass. My equipment is specifically for core drilling wet. Runs between 15-20 amps. And can be bolted to the coring rig.

Question:	How does this fit on to a hammer drill? Is some sort of crossover required
Answer:	No it does not come with mandrel and will work fine without one.
Question:	How deep does this cut
Answer:	Yes but use drill/grinder at approx 3,200 rpm. Using water is better as well but a few holes dry and a higher rpm probably will not put too much wear on bit...asuing it's cinder block.

Answer:	For drilling granite with this diamond bit a centering bit is not necessary and will not work. To avoid jumping and be precise, you approach the stone with an angle at slower speed around 1000 rpm. After it cuts into granite then gradually move straight. You can increase speed (not to exceed maximum speed recommended 4500 RPM) after the entire bit is perpendicular to stone and "wobble" the bit in slow motion to help cutting.
