| Answer: | Ours locked In fine when we found the right door frame to work. You just have to make sure all the parts are in the right place. The bar will tighten to get the support you need. It does have a safety mechanism that will keep it from falling down but you have to have it installed correctly and readjust if it slips. Sorry you may have gotten one that’s been sent back. The bar is very sturdy and has worked great for us. Hope this helps :) |
