| Answer: | I don't store mine outside, but I can only assume that because of the plastic parts (which include the start controls), that it should be protected. If you can find a way to hang it up and cover it when not in use, it should be ok. |

| Answer: | It really depends on the length. If you're using a 50ft cord it can be 14 gauge but if you want a 100ft cord you have to use a 12 gauge. Either way the cable will have an amp number on it and it MUST be over 13.5 but 15 is safer. Look for that number. Also, it helps to find cables that retain flexibility in the cold. |

| Answer: | Will it work - yes. For how long? That is the real question. Your 18v PC Drill is designed to run on 18v, not 20v. That being said, you should match the voltage to what the manufacturer requirements. If you are looking for longer drill operation time, think about larger capacity amp/hr with the required voltage. IE: 18v 6Ah vs 18v 2Ah. I believe I saw even larger Ah batteries for the 18v PC systems but you also have to keep in mind that ever time you increase the Ah, you increase battery weight as well. If you are working sheet metal buildings, running 6Ah batteries will take a little more toll on your arms than the 2Ah batteries will. Hope this helps. THT |
