Answer:	This is not from MAG Instrument, Inc, the manufacturer of the MAGLITE brand of flashlights. We have not produced a Nickel Cadmium battery in almost 8 years. The MAG Charger Rechargeable System runs on a Nickel Metal Hydride Battery (NIMH). NICD was discontinued from us many years ago but there are companies who source this battery.
Question:	Is this battery pack made with C batteries are D batteries
Answer:	This pack is made of 5 half "D" batteries. For clarity, that means the "D" battery cells are about half their normal length as when buying regular Alkaline batteries. These packs are hard wired together and spacers are at each end of the pack, protected by a sleeve, which gives it its finished length.
