Answer:	Yes it has Newton meters. Just flip the wrench over, it's on the other side of the dial. I like the torque wrench. It works better than Snap-on. Made my job at work easier when I started using SK.

Answer:	Hi Veronica, it's not a certificate as such. But a ticker tape or calculator paper type read out of actual results testing 3 times each at a few different weights. The one I received was off by 2% or less through most of the range. There is an adjustment nut inside the handle so it could be re-calibrated and adjusted if needed.
