Answer:	geogeorge1971 is correct. Follow his instructions to "fine-tune" the piano. Be advised that the tuning range is very small: 1/2-step above or below, using 99 increments in each direction. Net result: you can only tune it up 1/2 step or down 1/2 step, and the increments are quite small (~1/100 of a 1/2-step). In other words, you'll probably need to change the tuning by several increments to notice any change of pitch at all. Of course, this feature is not useful for changing the main tuning of the device; e.g., changing the tuning so you can play, say, in the key of C and have the piano actually emit sound in the key of G.

Answer:	Not sure about Gearwrench. I will say these are very high quality. The handles are smooth and polished and have a good feel in your hand. They also have a balanced feel. I own Mac, Snap-On and Craftsman - I would rate these on the Mac / Snap-On level.
