Answer:	You can exchange any broken Gear Wrench Tool for a new one @ Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, Mac Tools, Matco Tools, Snap On Tools, Cornwell Tools, Auto Value, Napa, Fastenal Nut & Bolt Tool Stores, Grainger, Manards, & or anywhere that Gear Wrench Tools are sold. Or you can mail your broken tool into them & they will ship you a new & or repaired tool back. But if you mail it in you will have to pay the return shipping to you. I have taken my broken tools to Sears & or to a smaller Sears Appliances Store & then I leave the broken tool with them & they ship me a new one for free. I have also replaced my broken tools through any one of the tool trucks that stop by my shop & if they don't have a replacement they have it shipped to my shop or to my house for free & or they bring me a new replacement within a week or two at my shop. Tip: As far as getting a replacement tool under warranty you can return a lot of different lifetime warranty tools of all kinds of different brands to the same places that I have listed here on this post. There tools are made very well. And I have to say that I have yet to break any of there sockets. I have broken every other brand that's made out there all except for this Brand & Matco Tools brand sockets so these have really impressed me as well as all of my employees that use these tools every day in the shop as well as on the service trucks & tow trucks. So all of the tools that I own & have owned have all been used a lot & put through there pace's that's for sure. The only tools from them that I've broken from them are there Ratchet Wrenches as the ring gear inside of them wear down & then the ring gear finally breaks & we use them every day at the shop. Tip : We have found that by keeping the Ratchet Wrench end of the wrench wiped down & cleaned as well as lubed with air tool oil or any type of transmission fluid that the Ratchet Wrench will last a lot longer before breaking as well as the same goes for any other brand as well as any Ratchet Head. Question:	What size sockets are in the 3/8 set
Answer:	I broke the first one trying to reassemble it. The solution: Attach the arm to mop head, then stand on edge of head and firmly, but gently, force it to perpendicular. You may have to do the reverse several times if you want to angle as you mop. This was my biggest complaint but I still like the mop very much.
Question:	Where do they honer warrenty
Answer:	I haven't changed my first mop head yet but so far there hasn't been no reason it has slipped off. You may have a defective one. I love mine!
