Answer:	The blade steel is CPM SPY27.

Answer:	CPM SPY27 is a steel produced by Crucible exclusively for Spyderco. The steel looks somewhat similar to S35VN but with increased Nb and N, decreased C and V, and a 1.5% cobalt addition. The resulting steel is expected to have similar hardness and corrosion resistance to S30V and S35VN.

Answer:	Voyager XL would be too large for this. This is meant for more "normal" sized pocket knives, the sorta stuff Spyderco makes, not the Cold Steel mega folders. You could probably get the 4" Ti Lite in here, anything bigger than this is likely too big.

Answer:	Mine does and I purchased mine over a year ago. All the kaparas in the last year plus have undergone Spydercos CQI and have the pivot bushing. The only way it wouldn't is if a seller had really old stock before the CQI (constant quality improvement).

Shaped like a duck's foot, the Golden Stone is curved and angled, for sharpening anything with an edge. Holding the stone vertically (foot-side-down on a table top) the stone tilts side-to-side, lifting one edge up and making a 20-degrees sharpening angle (40-degrees total angle) for knife blades. Answer:	440c cast stainless has unique metallurgical properties which allow it to be very sharp. Casting and properly heat treating heat 440c is difficult. I have this knife. It's the sharpest blade I've ever seen. Only bad things about this knife is the lack of a finger guard coupled with a slick handle and that it's heavy - so there's a high probability of a dangerous fumble.
