Answer:	SnapshotSurai is correct. I bought this exact kit from Lowe’s in July. The extension bit slides right out without any difficulty when you pull on the knurled black sleeve. When I went back last week to get another kit for my girlfriend, I started having extreme difficulty with it. I returned it to the store thinking it was a manufacturer defect. When I got home with the new one, it had the exact same problem. No matter how hard I pulled on the extension, it just wouldn’t give. I had pulled so hard that the handle came off. I was able to see the back end of the extension but and noticed a significant difference between the one I bought a month ago and this one. Craftsman decided to silently change the shape of the back end of the extension bit and plopped a snap ring in the final groove of the extension. That is the reason it won’t come out. All you have to do is wrangle that thing out of there and “viola!”, it will work just like it’s supposed to again.

Answer:	Depending on the location of the screw, yes. If it is in a place where you can "lean" into it, this design really helps. I find it much more comfortable for high torque applications than a conventional screwdriver.

Answer:	The bits are standard, the end of the driver is magnetic. It will cause the bits to become somewhat magnetized when in the driver, so what ever fastener your driving stays attached if the ferrous metal content is enough . It is good.

Answer:	Just a heads-up, I purchased two of these drivers via Amazon from TheHardwareCityCO, and they came without any flat-head (for slotted screws) or Phillips driver bits. My drivers instead came with 6 Torx (T-10, T-15, T-20, T-25, T-27 and T-30); 2 Hex bits (1/8" and 9/64"); and 4 two-prong bits (6, 8, 10 and 12). A rather unconventional set. Of course the webpage photo shows straight tip and Phillips drivers, and two prior responses to this question refer to them, too. FYI. UPDATE: Returned for refund but not without major headache: Both drivers arrived in a ziplock bag but seller accused me of discarding original packaging, hence initially refused to refund; also, claims the bits are standard yet Channellock says otherwise. Back and forth with Amazon to dispute. Short version: DO NOT TRUST TheHardwareCityCO, buy from a more reputable seller.
