Answer:	I don't know, and don't care. What I do know is that this 12 inch Philips and Flathead set work for what I need them for.

Answer:	No, it is not magnetic.

Answer:	The caps can be removed and replaced, they are tight, but a drop of glue if your worried upon replacement. The unit has a soft covering on the bottom that also needs to be cut before you remove the cap. In my case my drawers are ever so slightly less than 16 1/2 inch. The metal part of this is right at 16 1/2 inch. The caps add about 1/4 inch. So I just ground it off by just enough to fit my drawer. I didn't get into the magnet, that may be hard to cut without cracking. BTW, I left my drawer liners in and it grabs strong enough to remove the smaller screw drivers but the largest few fit really tight and you need to place your thumb on the unit to pull them out. At least the square shank drivers, round shank may work fine.

Answer:	I'm not sure of the type of screws used for this. But this set includes 6 screwdrivers. 3 which are slotted: 2.0mm, 2.4mm and 3.0mm. The other 3 Phillips: PH00, PH0 and PH1. I hope this helps you. It works with all the tiny screws from my child's toys.

Answer:	I am unable to say where these tips were made, however for the light work that I do. they will work. In fact I tried one of the Philips tips recently, and it held up well and did the job without any damage whatsoever to the tool.

Question:	Are these JIM bits
Answer:	Maybe I don't under stand your question but 5/16 is smaller than 3/8 and it would fit in a 3/8" or 1/2" drill chuck. But I used mine on the rear brake calipers on a Honda with the keeper screws on a hand impact the one you hit with a hammer. They are not hardened. 2 of them broke. Luckily I had another set from another impact that were hardened. They fit into a 5/16" 12 and 6 point socket. There's more surface contact on the 6 point.
Question:	I have craftsman 1/2" impact driver, it uses 3/8" slotted bit and is very difficult to find replacement bits. will this fit on the craftsmans
Answer:	I believe that Sana is right. If you look at your impact driver, it accepts 5/16" hex bits. You may not have noticed, but the 5/16 drive is an adaptor that fits over a standard 3/8" square drive. Pull off this adaptor and you'll see the 3/8" drive. Some of the other answers said it refers to the width of the 3/8 straight blade and this would be correct if it was only on that bit. Is it?
