Answer:	No. There is a phillips bit in the handle, but no holder comes with it. The batteries charge fast and last a long time. The drill is lightweight, but very strong. With the keyless chuck one doesn't need a bit holder although I use one. One can buy bit holders almost anywhere, and they chuck up to the drill. Remember this is a drill, not a drill driver.
