Answer:	You had to be very skilled to go around the edges, make sure your score line matches from beginning to end, you will need to practice, I have found cracks in the bottle are usually the quality of glass or imperfections in the bottle.

Do not forget to use medium pressure when scoring the bottle, this will help you get those perfect cuts. The easiest method to split the bottle is dipping the bottle in boiling water and ice cold water because it will guarantee the hot water gets into the score, and when you dip in cold water and it will just separate by itself. Question:	Will it work on ceramic tile
Answer:	This should be no problem, I punch through two layers of chip board and fabric. You may have to wiggle a little bit As you press down and you need a hard surface underneath the chipboard. I used a piece of aluminum as a foundation. The tool worked very well. Ejecting the waste pieces especially from the smaller tips can be a bit cumbersome but no big deal if you only punch a few holes at a time.
Question:	No use instructions except "depressing the end cup" to release spring for impact. Mine does nothing. Is it defective
Answer:	It does take a while to get the pump 'primed', so to speak. I really thought mine was defective but went back and tried it again, after about 8 pumps on the second round, it did work.

Question:	Is the shank long enough, my router is under table
Answer:	Simply stated, yes. I have my router as a part of my table saw table and these bits all have long enough shanks. Also keep in mind your router also has a vertical adjustment so it usually should be able to adjust to even in normal circumstances put your shaft tightening nut in jeopardy of cutting into or hitting the work so in most cases I know of unless your router is one that you can not adjust the depth of the cut with , you should have no problems with these bits having a long enough shank. Also unless your table is set up so that the router is deeply set that the tightening nut is not ever able to hit the work when doing a cut then you are not going to have any problems with these bit shaft lengths.
