Answer:	Without knowing how you attempted to turn the wheel, I would emphasize that the wheel only spins in one direction due to the extremely strong locking mechanism located on the side of the wheel. Additionally, there is a directional arrow located on the round portion of the Xool that is kind of hard to see because it is painted black. Hopefully you find this information helpful.

Answer:	I use mine for saddle leather and leather belts. I've never had that happen. Sometimes on thick leather, Ive had to wiggle the belt back and forth to free up the punch. I didn't realize that the base could also be punctured. Seems like it would take a lot more force than I have.

Question:	How do you switch sizes - once locked into place
Answer:	Type c only has a pp plate, type d has aluminium plate and pp plate
Question:	Will this work on card stock paper
Answer:	This tool is for use on leather. It will punch through thin fiberboard but get dull quickly.
