Answer:	I can tell you that I used this for a blue with white background duvet cover that was yellowed and the white is white again without lightening the blue flowers, this product is amazing on my top loader machine.

Answer:	This should be no problem, I punch through two layers of chip board and fabric. You may have to wiggle a little bit As you press down and you need a hard surface underneath the chipboard. I used a piece of aluminum as a foundation. The tool worked very well. Ejecting the waste pieces especially from the smaller tips can be a bit cumbersome but no big deal if you only punch a few holes at a time.

Answer:	I have not seen any made by Neiko but you can find square hole punches depending on application. If you want it for paper applications, EK Tools makes one. If you want it for wood applications, Lee Valley Tools makes one that you drill an undersize hole first then use their punch to square it up. For metal, Greenlee makes a manual knock-out punch for square holes (up to 14 gauge mild steel). Hassay Savage Co. makes a Rotary square punch (it is a type of Broach). Also, there are broach kits out there. I am sure there are others if you do some research.

Answer:	I cut 20 mil (24ga, 0.5 mm) copper sheet all of the time. I have cut 28 mil (0.7 mm) sheet easily. It doesn't do 40 mil (1 mm) very well as the jaws are open very wide. I think most copper flat washers will be more like 0.7 mm and so I should be fine for you. If you want to send me a few washers I'll try them for you. Let me know and I'll give you my address.

What size holes do they punch

Answer:

No instructions and it isn’t obvious how it works. I was worried I was going to shoot it into myself while trying to figure it out. I don’t think it should have been much trouble to include the simple (simple once you figure it out) operating instructions. Step 1: Do nothing with it. Step 2: Push the pointed end into the metal where you want the mark. Step 3: Keep pushing it into the metal till it clicks and pops. Step 4: Remove it from the metal, you’re done.
