One points outward along the length/longitudinal axis of the tool, the other transverse/across the tool.5) three screwdriver bits (larger flat-head, smaller flat-head, middle-sized phillips) stored in the side which fit the bit-driver on the wrench end.Additionally, the whole tool is a bit small, meaning the jaw sizes of the wrench and pliers, and the screwdriver bits also are not ideal for high-force applications. In one of the "Warning" lists given it states, "Maximum weight this wagon is designed to carry is 200.0 lb (90.7 kg). There is also an included note that states: "Inflate tires to 21 psi before use. Never inflate tires above 25 psi. Manual pump is recommended to prevent over inflation." I hope this helps. |

In fact , they pulled her around the neighborhood looking at all the lights. I did see a picture her in it and the sides looked pretty high enough. She was sitting on a blanket with blankets around her to stay warm and the sides still looked high enough. |

| Answer: | Jerimiah, The outer surfaces of the wheels, inside and outside (I even tested with a magnet), are plastic but the inner structure may in fact be steel. I did not try to dissemble to examine. I have had Radio Flyer wagons in the past but this is the most substantial wagon that I have found. As I stated in the review, the body has marks in the steel but the paint is good and most kids wagons will get dinged up with use, this wagon will take much more effort by the child to ding. Well made and should last through many future brothers and sisters. The best wagon that I have found. Hope that this helps. steve.................. |

| Answer: | The cables pass through are easily opened by punching through with a screw driver and then using a pair of pliers to open the holes to desired size. (this is very easily done). Once I passed the cable through I just turned it sideways to wedge it into the pass through opening and it held in firmly. |

Shipping is what you are paying for. |
