Answer:	I don't have an m70, but the m70 usually has SVD style side rails from what I understand. SVD style rails are compatible with AK and SVD mounts, but AK style rails are not compatible with SVD mounts which have a slide stop at the front of the mount. This PK-01VS is advertised as working on both AK and SVD style side rails, and the slide stop is at the rear of the mount. So even if your m70 has AK style side rails for some reason, this would still fit.

Answer:	No. But Belomo does sell the PK-01VM and PK-01V, which are both compatible with picatinny rail. These sights are intended for use on AK pattern rifles using either a picatinny dust cover or picatinny side-mount. If mounted on an AR with a standard A-frame style front sight base, they might require a riser to provide an unobstructed sight picture.

Answer:	It will work on any pic rail, so yes. Depending on manufacturing tolerances of both the rail and the riser, some slide right on and other may fit a little tighter but you should have no problems.

Answer:	It should. I have it mounted on a CETME. I didn't have to do any customization. It just clamped right on. Just make sure you tighten the screws evenly and keep it flush to the surface.

Answer:	Don't own a Cortez, but I used this with a Primary Arm Red dot. If your Red Dot mounts onto a rail it should mount on this riser.

Answer:	From what I've read on Ruger's site, the Mini 14 Tactical model has the typical proprietary scope mount notches machined into the receiver, as all their "ranch rifles" have for some time now. Those only accept the rings that should have been included with your rifle. However, the receiver is also drilled and tapped, and a Picatinny rail is also included with the rifle. If you install that Picatinny rail to the receiver, then you can use these risers, or anything else that mounts to a Picatinny rail. If you bought the rifle used, then you can probably obtain any Picatinny rail of proper length and screw hole placement. Just measure the distance between the holes. It's probably industry standard, unlike the scope mount notches.
