Answer:	Yes it does. But the amp comes with 3 speaker wire inputs and 3 RCA inputs. You can go either way. You need an input for all 5 speakers, but the front are wired on one harness that is supplied and same with the rear. The sub has it own input. That's where you get the 3 (either RCA or speaker wire) inputs. What I did was wire the two front speakers and rear speakers with the speaker wire connectors and the sub with RCA output on my radio. Hope this helps.
