I can't say for certain, but you'll probably get a tray. They tray is about a nickel's worth of plastic, and it's really just a frame that the razor clips into. The blades face down, to make it less likely that you'll accidentally cut yourself, and there's no bottom, so the razor can dry relatively quickly after you use it.

The Louisiana not only is the best pellet smoker on the market it is the best grill period. It can temp at 600 degrees, you can cook on open flames, and you can smoke at low low temps making the best brisket you will ever taste. Indeed it is worth every single penny. You have to read all about cold weather cooking though and I now have the ability to cook in zero degrees by blocking the wind and covering it in a welders blanket to keep temperature. Best food we have ever eaten.
