Answer:	This is R13 insulation for 2 by 4 studs on 16” centers. If your ceiling has 16 inch center joists, it will fit but it isn’t as thick as the 2 by 6 ceiling would take. You probably want to have a thicker roll with a higher R rating for your ceiling.
Question:	Is there any fiberglass material exposed? Will i have to touch fiberglass
Answer:	Yes it’s basically rolled fiberglass with a paper backing. It’s soft like cotton fluff but you don’t want to breathe it or KH ave it on your skin for any length of time. I suggest using gloves, mask and safety glasses when installing.

Question:	How many fleece liners could i make out of what comes in 1 pack of this
Answer:	Its super thin and I think it's 1 sheet... (could have been 2 , can't remember, was a while back - check the product details!!) not sure what you're looking for but I was using for soundproofing and was a disappointment. It's a tiny thin sheet of denim. The "1 inch" thickness is more like a 1/4 inch. Better to buy foam at a foam shop. I've had bad luck on Amazon with foam/denim products.

Answer:	This product is not is probably not the best insulation for the use that you have described.
Question:	is this product durable enough to use as a removable chair cover outside exposed to sun and rain? would be sit on often
Answer:	It is fairly thick. I used it as insulation around my all season camper and it is working well. Not sure about sitting on it.
Question:	Can I attach it to a tarp to insulate my attic pull-down stairs? The ladder extends more than 20 inches when closing and opening the door
Answer:	I guess you could attach this to a tarp using double sided tape.
Question:	Is this suitable for hvac insulation
Answer:	I used the bubble wrap for my crawlspace aluminum duct plenum and yes it helps a lot to keep the heat in the plenum or AC. Leave a gap between the steel and the wrap. Use pieces of bubble wrap taped or wrapped around the steel plenum every 2' then simply wrap the whole plenum. Crawlspace are a pain, however so be prepared to work in there.

Answer:	It varies and can be up to R-3 per inch of dead air space to the heat being reflected. Do not use it as contact insulation; layered with other materials, the insulation value is poor. Closed cell foam such as R-Max does best in direct contact.
Question:	Could I use this under a heated concrete slab
Answer:	Bad idea. That’s where you use foam. This stuff gains effectiveness with distance of dead air space, since it works by reflecting radiated infrared light. No such radiation occurs within a sandwich of solid layers. Use R-Max instead.
Question:	I bought a roll of 500 sq ft of the aluminum 4 ft by 125 ft of insulation....can i install it with a staple gun along the studs? Theres no directions

Answer:	Yes you can cut and trim these to fit as many as you need. I have several electrical boxes with 4 and 6 switches in them and just trimmed the gaskets.

Answer:	Hi. I don’t remember how thick - maybe about 1/16th. ??? They do work well to block the cold air.

Answer:	I Have installed them throughout my house and have had no problems, these are made of the standard foam rubber and would probably melt if there was a fire. They are not conductive so they would not cause a spark electrically. I recommend them because they seal drafts that come through switch covers.

Answer:	The foil is mounted not between the rafters, but to the bottom of the rafters. Get a good staple gun and go at it. I am very pleased with the performance of my foil. The way it works is that it reflects radiant heat back out. If it was up against the roof between the rafters it would readily conduct heat right through it. There must be an air gap between the roof and the foil. That is why it is mounted to the bottom of the rafters.

Answer:	Thank you for your interest in our product. You could use this product to insulate the interior of the container. The Froth Pak 650 covers 650 sq feet at 1 inch thick. You would need to figure out the square footage of your container and how many inches of foam you would like to spray to determine how many kits you would need.
Question:	Can this be used to fill the core of a cinder block wall? Will it expand and break the block
Answer:	I only used it to cover the walls and ceiling of my tiny house project. I don’t think it’s recommended for in block use. You could spray the block later for insulation.
Question:	I’m unsure of coverage in this system. I need to spray my crawl space walls. There is 62 linear feet of wall, at an average height of 2.5 feet
Answer:	The number on each froth pak is the total SqFt that kit will cover in 1" of thickness. This froth pak 650 will cover 650 SqFt in 1" of closed cell foam and give you an R value of 6.
