Spraying Technique

CAUTION: DO NOT STOP WHEN SPRAYING.

Spraying materials will start to set and dry.as soon as they come in contact with the air.

They will cause a permanent clog if not cleared.immediately.If discontinuing spraying for more than half an hour, turn off the air supply, disconnect Cup from Gun Body and thoroughly rinse Cup and Gun Body with fresh, clean water.

Paint Preparation and Filling

Note:Proper paint mixture is essential. Follow the manufacturer’s directions. Most paints will spray easily if they are thinned properly.

1. Thread the Cup to the Gun Body and tighten until the Cup is securely in place.

2. Thin the paint according to manufacturer’s directions and mix thoroughly.

3. Carefully strain the paint through a paint strainer or a piece of cheesecloth.

Answer:	That’s gonna depend on the type of paint you are using. If it’s a water based acrylic you should be find just make sure you mix it well. I use an egg beater in my drill to mix up my paints. Do not use water to try and thin an epoxy or urethane based paint.

Answer:	I dont think you can. You will have to check with your sale provider or directly contact the manufacturer. Apart from that in my personal opinion I dont think that would be a good idea as if your trying to switch cans between to different painted areas you would still have to do the cleaning process otherwise you run the risk of contaminating the paint in the cans with other paint.

Answer:	They are the same thickness al the way around. These are not heavy duty inner tubes. I don’t know the exact thickness. I would venture to say about 1 to 1.5 mm

Answer:	I dont have the dimensions, but do have them installed on my 64 el camino. They fit good and installed with ease.
Question:	My varnish (all in one varnish and sealant) says not to thin it out. Will this spray gun work ok since the varnish is thinner than paint already
Answer:	It fit my 65 Buick Sportwagon perfectly. Since they're both GMs and only a couple years apart, I don't think the upper A-arms are that different and since it gets sandwiched place, I think it would fit fine.

Spraying Technique

CAUTION: DO NOT STOP WHEN SPRAYING.

Spraying materials will start to set and dry.as soon as they come in contact with the air.





They will cause a permanent clog if not cleared.immediately.If discontinuing spraying for more than half an hour, turn off the air supply, disconnect Cup from Gun Body and thoroughly rinse Cup and Gun Body with fresh, clean water.

Paint Preparation and Filling

Note:Proper paint mixture is essential. Follow the manufacturer’s directions. Most paints will spray easily if they are thinned properly.

1. Thread the Cup to the Gun Body and tighten until the Cup is securely in place.

2. Thin the paint according to manufacturer’s directions and mix thoroughly.

3. Carefully strain the paint through a paint strainer or a piece of cheesecloth.

Answer:	Acrylics clean up well as long as you do so fairly soon after using them. If you wait three days to clean the table you painted on, then it's going to be extremely difficult to clean. To be clear these are not 'washable' in the sense of other paints and markers marketed as washable. Once dried, acrylic paints are permanent, but if you clean up right after using them before they've had a chance to set in, they will clean up fairly easily off your hands, brushes, tables, etc.

How to use this spray gun correctly?

♥ Tighten up the Container and Paint tube and check if is any blockage in the nozzle (you can try the flow rate with water firstly)

♥ You can prepare a damp rag to wipe the nozzle tip frequently when spraying to remove solidified material

How do I test paint viscosity

Please use a professional funnel to test the viscosity of the paint. Make sure your paint crosses the viscosity cup in 120 seconds

If the paint does not pass within 120 seconds, add a little water to dilute, then stir the paint and repeat the test until it can pass easily through the funnel and meet your requirements.

Note:

For a better spraying experience, we recommend using a funnel to test the viscosity before adding it to the container.
