Answer:	It's not safe on rubber. Do not use also on linoleum, plastic, asphalt tiles, fiberglass and other synthetics.

Answer:	I used this product in conjunction with citristrip to remove a layer of spray paint on top of a bad hydrographics print on a polymer ruger pistol frame. During the process, I discovered that the frame itself was unscratched/damaged and that this tool's usefulness directly corresponded to the amount of "cook time" I left the citristrip applied. Having said this - I would recommend taking both the paint and the varnish layer off - then reapplying a layer of varnish to ensure a clean, unblemished finish. This brush does the job quite well without digging into the product underneath. However if your aim is to not remove the varnish layer, and you're using a chemical stripper - your "cook time" will have to be minimal to prevent over penetration by the Chem product into the varnish layer.

Answer:	Worth a try. Use first on another piece of fabric.
Question:	If I were to paint a dish, how many times would I be able to wash the dish before it wares off? Is it safe to use on dishes
Answer:	I painted coffee cups with mine and baked the finished product in the oven on 200 for 30 minutes. I ONLY hand wash them and I have had no issues with the designs wearing off. Just do not put them in the dishwasher, scrub them or use harsh detergent.

Answer:	You could but something between the canvas and the clip, like lay a pencil or paint brush across then lower the clip....I don't paint, but just wanted to add that I'm not sure if it's steady enough for painting. I used ten if them to display pictures at an event and could be happier with my purchase.

Answer:	I'm sorry, I do not know the thread pitch, All the ends I want to use fit. They were from different companies, purchased at different times. From window cleaning to light bulb changing, they all worked. I hope this helps.
