Yoga instructor Barbara Benagh has practiced and taught yoga for nearly 35 years. She discovered yoga while living in England and began teaching there. She moved to Boston and opened The Yoga Studio on Beacon Hill in 1980.

How are these DVDs different from other yoga DVDs?

I was drawn to working with Bodywisdommedia because they produce DVDs they are interactive. Rather than a "one size fits all" single routine that is typical of most products, these DVDs offer choice, allowing the user to customize and change their yoga practice to suit their needs. No two persons are the same so the ability to change your practice - easing shoulder tension one day and an invigorating morning wake up the next - come as close as possible to allowing you to address your individual needs at home. Not only do people have different physical needs, but they have different time constraints as well. If you have only 20 minutes, there is a practice for you but there are longer practices as well (some as long as 90 minutes) that address the total body/mind connection. How were you able to get the Dalai Lama involved?

This project dovetailed perfectly with the Dalai Lama's message that modern stress is one of the greatest obstacles to our mental happiness and physical wellbeing. Because we are long-time sincere practitioners, having a 30-minute lecture of the Dalai Lama teaching how to meditate on the Yoga for Stress Relief DVD was a perfect fit. Bodywisdommedia also has a broader relationship with the Office of Tibet and are releasing historic lectures with "A Path to Happiness" being the first one.

The titles are very indicative of what appears on the DVD and therefore a good guide. I really enjoyed making Yoga for Stress Relief because it is incredibly relevant. We strove to make the sequences accessible to as many people as possible, whether they are a beginner or long time practitioner. Yoga for Beginners is a great, non-threatening place to get started and includes lots of sound technique developed over my 30 years as a yoga teacher. Answer:	I ordered 2 one for me and one for my husband and I ordered it 3 weeks before his birthday which was 3 weeks ago. I have prime it said it would be shipped in 2 business days and it didn’t ship for over a month and said it would be delivered 2 days ago. I still don’t have it. This is the worst service I have ever had from amazon. Absolutely ridiculous.

Question:	Can this be used on wood
Answer:	I used it on wicker. It was darker and more to the green side than shown on the lid, but there was no problem with coverage or chipping.
Question:	Can this be sealed with something to get a scratch proof paint job
Answer:	I haven't used mine yet but with the frost I spray a clear coat on afterwards to protect it from scratching so I'm sure this will be the same way.
Question:	Can you spray this on light bulbs 60W
Answer:	I would say no if you plan on using them in a lamp. The heat of the bulb would most likely be a problem for the paint. If you're using the bulb for a project, this spray is great on glass.
Question:	I have some orange glass bottles that I need another color... would this spray cover the old color
Answer:	This spray has pretty good coverage and the color is really pretty. It may take a couple good spraying though to cover the bottles

Question:	Can I use this to paint my sofa, will it leave a crunchy texture if I do
Answer:	I have not used chalk paint on fabric but my daughter did a cushion on her chair. She said it was not crunchy or rough but apparently you are supposed to use a soft wax over it which would make it softer. Again I have not done this myself.
Question:	Does the paint do good on metal
Answer:	Yes! Make sure its totally clean (we recommend using 2 cups hot water and a tsp of baking soda) and its ready to go. Seal it with wax or poly acrylic afterwards. Happy painting!

Answer:	I did my headlights and it's still looks great so you can make them as light or dark as you want. But my headlights are glass not plastic

Answer:	This paint creates a beautiful transparent color however it is easily scratched. To use it outside I would cover it with a clear topcoat that is more resistant to weather.
Question:	What if i didnt want the glass to be transparent? Could i frost the glass first then spray on the red stain? Or do i just apply multiple coats
Answer:	This line of paint, "stained glass" was designed to be transparent. Krylon has another product line also for painting glass, called Sea glass. It is not clear, has a frosty appearance.

Answer:	I'm not sure. I think it may be too sheer. They do make patina sprays for your purpose as well as rub and buff in patina color.

Answer:	I don't believe it would cover or look good over krylon undercoat. The sea glass is translucent and should probably not be used over other paints.

Answer:	Yes I’ve washed the wine bottles that I’ve painted for table torches and the paint stayed on beautifully. Not sure I’d put the jug in the dishwasher though.

Question:	How Do You Wash It
Answer:	Definitely not. It looks very pretty after spraying it, but once you start to wear it, the color will rub off and look very cheap. ):
Question:	Can this be used on artificial flowers
Answer:	I only used it on plastic and metal, and it bonded very well. I did not use it on glass but believe that the result would be the same. However, I am not sure.
Question:	How much surface area did it cover? Trying to figure out how much I'll need
Answer:	It should work fine on poster board as I've used it on cardboard successfully. I have noticed that it does seem to appear more shiny if the surface is already glossy, less smooth surfaces renders a good colour but not as much of a metallic shine. A very good product, but shake it often during application
Question:	I'd like to use this topcoat over white chalked paint. One contributor said this may yellow the finish. Any experience
Answer:	Never used this particular type of paint, I have only used the clear coat paint & it works on Plastic

Clean & Prep

Remove any hardware, wash surface with soap and water and let dry. Remove any loose paint or rust and lightly sand glossy surfaces for better adhesion. Primer is not required for most surfaces, but recommended for bare wood or wood high in tannins.

Apply Paint

Once primer is dry, shake can for one minute and spray at any angle 10-12" from surface in a steady, back-and-forth motion. Slightly overlap each stroke. Shake can during process and spray 1 or more light coats a few minutes apart.

Top Coat

Once last coat dries for 24 hours, apply topcoat for extra protection. Use same technique as with paint application. Apply 1-2 thin coats a few minutes apart.

Question:	pearl white question - want to paint some white plastic candy canes with this - is the white white iridescent or more silver tone
Answer:	Don’t buy. Nozzle got clogged after first spray. Amazon would not let me send back because it is an aerisol

Answer:	I don’t you can.. this paint is not smooth it’s a little ruff and honestly it clumped up after a few sprays clogging the nozzle. Don’t buy it

Answer:	Slightly rough. It also sprays on clear. The glitter is white but the spray is almost clear, just slightly milky. I sprayed my item white them sprayed this on it and it worked beautifully
Question:	Is it actually white paint with glitter or just a clear white glitter and no base color
Answer:	Clear base with glitter in it.

Application

• Apply when temperature is between 50ºF and 90ºF
• Use in a well-ventilated space--such as an open garage--or outdoors
• Shake for one minute before use and regularly during use
• Hold upright 12" from the surface; spray with back-and-forth motion
• Spray steadily and keep the same distance away from the surface
• Apply at least two coats a few minutes apart for best results

Tips and Tricks

• Apply a base coat of the same color before use for ultimate sparkle
• For a more intense shimmer finish, apply several coats
• If valve clogs, twist and pull off tip; clean with mineral spirits
• Use Rust-Oleum Glitter Clear Sealer as top coat
• Spray upside down for 5 seconds following use to clear valve

Question:	Does this work on acrylic or polycarbonate
Answer:	I don't know. I used it on glass. I guess test it on a small corner and see if 1) it sticks, 2) it melts the acrylic or poly carbonate, or 3) if it looks ok. Krylon, however, has special formulations for plastic known as "Fusion for plastic", so I am guessing that the mirror paint is less than optimal for your needs.
Question:	I want to use this on glass vases -- if I spray the inside of the vase, can I still put water and flowers in it
Answer:	No, It will wash the paint off. I was not very impressed by the paint. I gave up on it. I sprayed at least 4 coats on the inside of some glass vases, and the coverage was not very good.
Question:	I need to reduce lumens of a light bulb without affecting color temperature? Is it translucent
Answer:	If you spray a traditional incandescent bulb with a reflective paint you will get a heat spike. It MAY or MAY NOT be a problem, depending on the bulb wattage, but a larger bulb can cook a plastic socket. This is a recognized problem with half-silvered incandescent bulbs.
Question:	Would this spray work on resin/high gloss-finished surfaces. Ex: Paint directly on resin surface, then after paint dries, apply coat of resin on top
Answer:	you can paint anything or spray any spray paint over resin. And then re-epoxy when it is dried.
